Angela and her assistant provided professionalism and excellence to our daughter and her bridal party. Their shop was charming and their dresses were gorgeous. Our experience with Bridal Gallery was lovely from beginning to end.

Main points:
• Smells like urine
• Nice part is a flower wall entrance
• Feels like a hole in the wall, however, in a moist basement.
• Noticing a bad review immediately gets a five-star review after it.

Unfortunately, the only nice part of the Bridal Gallery is the flower background showcased in the review someone else left, or if you're there in person, when you FIRST enter the store.

The store itself is similar to a basement with very low drop ceilings. The experience also wasn't appealing mainly because of the smell of the facility, it smelt of urine.

Would have had better to say if theft would have either listened or been honest.when we said no to a particular type of fabric. If that's all they had.please don't waste both our time.

Honestly, I feel like any honest or low review is immediately followed by a glowing review.makes us wonder.

Went with my mom a few days ago and was able to find a dress for her and myself. The store had a great selection of dresses both very simple and traditional as well as some more blinged out gowns. The store is very cute and the staff is very attentive!

Got to appointment. Waited an hour after picking out the dresses to try on and never got to try them on. They put other people in dresses that got there after. Never got to try on the dress.

Beautiful store, excellent customer service, large selection of Morilee and Watters designs. I was able to find what I wanted and get my dress altered in the same place. The convenience take so much stress out of the planning! 10/10 would recommend.

I was so disappointed. This is my first wedding so excited to find my dream dress online.it was a little small. So I decided to go there with my daughter because daughter dress was the wrong size. They had us try our dresses on and told use they could add something for 500 for each dress but quickly said send our dresses back and buy from them. I was so down. The dresses they showed me was very beautiful but not like the one I bring. I left confused hurt and upset
After a call to my fiancee I went to Mrs Amy in bedford who helped me put a smile on my face again.
If you guys are not helping with alteration then take it off your sign. It's not ok to tell a bride to send her dress back so she can buy one from you guys.

Currently here to shop for my nieces dress. Angela and Kelly are FANTASTIC! They’re making her dreams come true right in front of us. Highly highly recommend! They will make your bride feel like she is the star of the show. Thank y’all so so much for making this such an amazing experience for her.

I've had the best experience at The Bridal Gallery! While I ultimately purchased my dress elsewhere, of all the bridal shops I ventured to, I had the best experience here.

The staff is so friendly, and the shop is ADORABLE. There were so many dress options, and the only reason I got my dress somewhere else is because I went to a sample sale

BUT I came back to bring my dress to get altered. Fun fact, even if you don't buy your dress from them, they still offer alterations! Prices were about what I expected. I just dropped the dress and have an appt in a couple weeks to pick it up. I'll keep you updated! Though by the pinning alone and the expertise of the seamstress, I have great faith it will be perfect

My daughter is participating in a charity ball and needed a white dress. Since white is not very popular anymore (off white, etc is more trendy), we were having a difficult time finding something. We were also in a time crunch. The owner and Taylor bent over backwards to help, called warehouses to see what they had in stock to overnight, and then went to their warehouse to see if they had anything at all. We didn’t feel pressured at all, spent hours trying things on, and their seamstress is absolutely magical! She had my daughter’s dress pinned perfectly in record time. Everyone was so kind and truly thoughtful and cared for us as customers. I highly recommend using them over a big box store. You will not regret it.

My story begins 45 years ago. My first dress was bought from Tosca Campbell for my 9th grade banquet. Eight years later, my second beautiful dress was purchased for a Military Ball. Fast forward to 2020, I purchased the most beautiful dress of all from Tosca's daughter, Angela, My wedding dress is breathtaking and exactly what I wanted. I am beyond grateful to Angela for making my experience so special. I highly recommend The Bridal Gallery to all who are looking for that special, one-of-a-kind dress. You won't be disappointed!

Wonderful store and staff is super sweet. They helped me find a perfect Mother of the Groom dress.

I would NOT recommend this bridal shop in the slightest. Completely unprofessional and they don’t take accountability for their mistakes. I genuinely believe she ordered our dresses too big to scam us into paying for additional alterations. 5 bridesmaid dresses and 4/5 fit just like this. I had to get a total of 8 inches taken off of the sides due to their awful measurements. We spent over $250 for our dresses with rushed delivery and tax. One of the bridesmaids had to spend an additional $250 with them on alterations. The day the dresses were supposed to come in the bride had to call them just to find out the dresses hadn’t even shipped yet. The bride did most of the contacting and reaching out, shouldn’t it be the other way around? The associate or owner or whoever she maybe was extremely condescending and snarky, asking why I had someone else pick up the dress for me and why I had alterations done else where, for that answer the dresses were two weeks late, I work 12 hour shifts, it’s a week until the wedding and I was not pressing my luck on going through them with their overpriced costs and unorganized deadlines. I called to express my concerns of being unsatisfied on the fact I could put the dress on and off without even unzipping it with 8 unnecessary additional inches around and she asked me “so why are you calling me? ” Excuse me. She told me to come in to be measured to check my measurements and when I arrive she argues I could’ve lost weight since then. 8 inches? ! 2 sizes? ! The dress size she ordered me I have never even been even at my largest! Don’t bother with this place.

Angela and her team are amazing! I went to several bridal shops and I felt the most cared for here. They genuinely cared about me finding my dream dress, and worked with me when I fell on hard times and had to postpone my wedding. The Bridal Gallery will always be at the top of my list for recommendations, and will always have a special place in my heart ️

Our daughter said yes to the dress at Bridal Gallery! Best place ANYWHERE to find your perfect wedding dress. I cannot say enough great things about Bridal Gallery. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with the most amazing staff and top notch customer service. The owner is not only knowledgeable but the most kind and sweet lady you’ll ever meet. You walk out of there feeling like you made a few friends. She’s been in this business many years, she does treat you just like family and the boutique is just beautiful. Lots of gorgeous gowns! We had the best experience here and I would highly recommend shopping here for a wedding dress or any other bridal needs. Our daughter looks stunning in her gown and looking forward to her big day to walk down the isle and show her dress off! Thank you Angela and your wonderful staff! Y’all are the BEST!

This is only my 2nd review I have ever posted on Google but I felt the need to warn others before booking an appointment with Angela. She has two different sides to her, the nice one looking to do everything she can to help you - and the rude one with a poor attitude.

I will start with my initial booking, I called to see if I could get an appointment for Saturday May 23,2020 (this was a few days earlier I called to make the appointment). I was upfront and told her I had an appointment with another bridal boutique at 10am. She offered to open an hour early so I could get in at 9am, I told her we were driving from 2 hours away so that would be too early. She said I could come in at 11: 30 but I told her that might be pushing it with my first appointment. She then said come in at 12 or even 12: 30 and that would be fine. She needed a credit card number to book the appointment. I told her I needed to think about it, I asked if I found my dress at my first appointment, would I still have to pay $50? She said "well that's your decision, " so I told her I would let her know tomorrow. She then went on about how long she has been doing this and that I should give them a chance. Great sales pitch and I appreciated her effort so I obliged. Although later while contemplating our conversation I was feeling a bit unsettled because you could tell she was capable of being a very unpleasant person just based off of her aggressiveness.

The day of: I did find my dress at my first stop and I called Angela to ask if she would mind not charging me, I apologized and told her I already found my dress and bought it. I would still come in to avoid being charged the $50. Her toned turned extremely rude and condescending: "well there is no point in you coming in if you have already bought your dress, yes you will be charged (she then LAUGHED) and said that's why we do that). She said she had turned down 3 appointments for me today already. I simply don't find that true considering how many different appointment times I was offered during our initial booking conversation.

I was aware of this when I gave her my card number, so my fault. But I will say this woman was extremely rude about it. There are many other ways to speak to people even if they are canceling an appointment, and laughing at them while taking there money in return for no services rendered. I have a budget for my wedding, and she just took $50 of for no reason at all. I would highly recommend that the only time you book with Angela is if she is your first appointment, otherwise I wouldn't bother with the hassle she will give you. I am sure she provides great service and is very pleasant if she thinks you will be buying from her.

Taylor was so helpful and accommodating! There was a wide selection of dresses and she really listened to and respected my wishes and price range. We didn't end up getting a dress there, but would definitely recommend checking it out.
