Worst experience ever. Rude and unprofessional staff. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Brident dentistry is amazing. Also, Hazy the receptionist is amazing. I accidentally overslept for my appointment she got me in the same day and also saved me $2,000 on dental extractions and implants! Highly recommend.

I didn't even proceed with services at this office due to the EXTREMELY unprofessional and RUDE manager Hazy. Not only did she try to belittle my knowledge of my benefits over the phone, she REFUSED to accept any of the documentation I could provide to her to prove my coverage. Instead of listening, Hazy decided it best to not only LIE to me that she would recheck my benefits, but not even acknowledge her mistake and lack of professionalism. She claimed that she was "busy with other patients" But the parking lot was EMPTY, and I see why.

When I showed up documentation in hand NO ONE was at the front and when dictator Hazy showed up finally, she was on her cell phone.

Finding out she is the manager is a shock to me, if this new business wants to florish they need to cut their loses with that one, or you'll see yourself with boarded up windows and a "For Lease" sign on the door like the last three businesses that occupied that spot before. Her attitude alone as made me NEVER to want to try any Brident Dental facility.

Hazy thank you for all your guidance through tooth extractions consultation before, you are amazing & all the staff & dental doctors so specialist in their profession all an awesome good work ethic and professionalism in every way. Helped me get treated and be able to get a payment plan. Procedure wow amazing made me feel no pain and at ease. I will keep going thanks Brident dental

Stay away from this clinic. They are very unprofessional. The dentist is rude so is the rest of the staff at this location. They deserve 0 zero stars. Scammers

If I can write zero stars I would. They were extremely dirty. Unprofessional! Employees didn’t have their hair done.the front desk lady was rude and very disrespectful! I would not go to this place at all. & would recommend it to no one

If you want to visit a retail store and be deceived into buying dental products you never requested, then this is the place. Hazy is good at selling things that they believe you need regardless if you already have, because they don't ask. Then they don't give you a copy of your treatment plan and the detailed charges, which is industry standard. I highly recommend going somewhere else, preferably a single practice vs this fast food dental factory

Hazy did phenomenally working with me on treatment, and Dr did an incredibly good job, and am very happy with treatment results! You will not be disappointed! The treatment area is very clean and well kept up, which is superb compared to other dental clinics. Hazy in collaboration with Dr was able to get me well set up in treatment. I do therefore recommend this Brident Dental! 10/10!

I took my son to have 3 teeth extracted and I must say they were good at what they did! They made us both feel very comfortable and talked us through everything!

They were very knowledgeable of all my options. Im happy we was able to figure which treatment plan will be better for me. Will definitely recommend.

I’m sure the actual office staff is wonderful but the call center is the absolute WORST. They allowed me to schedule an appointment at 5pm even though the office staff informed me that the dentist leaves at 4pm. I wasted time and money to come to the office because of the incompetence of the call center. This is unacceptable and this company is the worst.

So this is a brand new office and the staff is still figuring out where everything is, so no big deal. They were all great! Loved the dentist here! Very good demeanor. Also the day before Jefferson Dental quoted me $8600 and all I needed was a crown replaced and cleaning. Needless to say I left. I have a dental discount plan I used at Brident and I did have 1 cavity and ended up needing 2 crowns. $1400 and change! Needless to say I will be recommending Brident Dental! I say thank you to the entire staff
