Brident Dental & Orthodontics reviews
17I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody and I’ll never come back. I caved in and made an appointment after I kept getting stuff from them in the mail. I wanted to do 1 child at a time but I was convinced when I made the appointment to do all 3 the same day. My kids are all 10 and under. We made apts for 10: 30,11, & 11: 30 am. We showed up at 10 am because I figured there would be some new patient paperwork. We finally got seen at 12: 20, and left at 2 pm. It’s incredibly hard to remain sane after spending 4 hours at a dentist office with 3 kids. Only one staff member seemed apologetic that we had to wait so long and she gave me a free tooth whitening kit but basically the dentist looked at my kids teeth and told me they “sat bad” for the X-rays and told me I’d have to take them to a pediatric dentist. I was under the impression by the flyer they sent that they see kids here but they don’t work on kids here apparently. I won’t go back.
I went to the office and everyone was really friendly and so helpful especially yamill, Dr Saunders and Dr Gadhiua.
There is no sense of patient privacy at this location. The dentist or assistant will literally walk right into the patients’ sitting hall and discuss findings and recommendations under the ear of other patients. The location is busy and there’s a feeling that the employees there are overwhelmed. They even refer patients to so called “sister dental offices” because of flimsy reasons like, (at location xyz, they have better specialized resources to do the job). One gets the feeling that they chew a little more than they’re able to swallow, which puts patients at risk of substandard services. Signing up patients to give them basic services that can be done from any other dentistry and making multiple unnecessary appointments for services that can be done in one visit is a total ripoff and a good recipe for a practices audit by state or federal government on the facility. There’s something totally off about this place. I think they need to slow down alittle bit.
You have to wait in the waiting room on average for 2 hours after check in. They don’t care about your time.
Bad staff and bad service.
I visited here twice with my kids.first they called me to confirm the appointment and said sure we are accepting Medicaid, after reached they said we are not accepting Medicaid.
Such a fool people please don’t go there to waste your time.
And even staff doesn’t have any manners to talk with patients.
This place is a JOKE. Would literally give it negative stars if I could. Truly just taking advantage of people and scamming them out of money. You can hardly ever reach them by phone and they don’t know anything. Don’t waste your time or money here.
I settled an appointment, I came before time and filled out all the forms before my appointment time. They put me in the waiting room for about two hours and I see people being taken care of who came after me. They don’t care about your time. This is not right.
The people were very professional and knowledgeable friendly I had a root canal and they did a great job front office was very friendly and helpful
First time visit, go in at 2: 00PM and filled out all paperwork by 2: 30PM. Told me I needed to wait for a fax from my insurance to come in before we proceed. Waited another 1 hour and 30 minutes in waiting room and still waiting only to be told that their having an issue with their faxing issues and asked if I would like to reschedule or continue waiting. I made this appointment days ahead of time. They could've gathered my information at any point before this. Now I'm waiting here in the waiting room with no ETA on when I will or when not be seen. I cannot leave without antibiotics so I will sit here for another possible hour or two not being helped. Not a good first impression.
I had a tooth extraction done this morning it was very easy two or three bowls and it was out I didn't even need any stitches so that's great it was a great experience
The front desk and X-Ray staff are professional and engage very well with their clients.
Update: Went in today for my orthodontic appt. It was quicker than expected. Thank you Dr Saunders!
Please don’t waste your day here. It’s a joke of an office. We only went because our normal dentist wasn’t available. — Why make an online form available when they make you fill it out all again on paper (receptionist claimed that, “that’s how it printed out”, when the phone number they had was an entirely different person with nothing matching mine but the 682 area code and other inconsistencies) ?
Why schedule appointments when you’ll be waiting well over an hour to be seen, despite showing up early (Scheduled at 2PM, showed up at 1: 52PM, didn’t get called to the back until 3: 20PM, didn’t get done with x-rays until 3: 54PM, out by 4: 37PM)
Y’all really can’t pronounce a last name that’s four letters long (Tang, like the drink mix, not “Tong”) ? Phonics goes a long way.
Why recommend braces to someone who has great teeth (picture attached) and wisdom teeth removal when they are grown in well (according to the dentist I’ve seen since my appearance of teeth, literally, and no personal experience of irritation of any kind) ?
Overall a bad experience, and a money-grabbing office. Again, please don’t waste your day, or money, here. Visiting this place was a mistake.
I had an appointment scheduled since a week ago and they said they tried to call me to change the appointment because the doctor was already in treatment. Waste of time in this clinic
5+ stars for great dental care for me and my husband! I wish I could give zero stars for the back and forth trying to get a hold of this office by phone that NEVER answers their phone then I get transferred over to the call center! Please do better
The tall, handsome, RDA who is built like a Greek god was incredible! Because of him I had the most amazing experience I have ever had at a dental office. He definitely deserves a $5-$10 raise.
I got my braces removed today and I am super satisfied with my teeth. Dr. Saunders has been amazing through the whole process with my braces, as well as the rest of the staff so thank you
Staff was super friendly and i thoroughly recommend this place to all my friends and family
