This is the worst place, they have very bad customer service, and they never did anything to me what I paid for.

This location never, not freaking ever, do they ever answer the phone. Did I mention they never answer the damn phone? And I just showed up here Tuesday at 3: 00 p.m, and they're closed. Been trying to call them for 2 weeks. Going to find an alternative dentist, and I still need thousands of dollars of work done.

The staff and physicians are very helpful and concern of your help as a whole. The team work together and they keep a smile at all times.

I don’t recommend this office. Completely unorganized, I was taking my daughter for her appointment arrived there and the dentist wasn’t even there. I’m understanding things happen. They stated they called me but didn’t get me. No voicemail or anything. They use their system to text why wasn’t there a text or voicemail left? I don’t deny I missed their call due to work, but professionalism at all time 0 at this location. Don’t recommend

Worst dental ever they are very unprofessional they don’t know how to treat the patients and they don’t care at all never coming to this office in my life again

Bring a sack lunch possibly dinner because they are the slowest place I’ve ever been to in my life they book so many people obviously because what else could make you wait all day for service to be done

I swear! If you are someone who pays for insurance with your job DO NOT COME HERE! These people treat you like welfare/ Medicaid recipients it’s slow service and I am so sick of coming here. Unfortunately, I have a braces contract with them so I can’t move to a different location.

I recommend this office to everyone looking for excellent dental care. My experience was excellent Dr Rawas is gentle and caring he gave me a beautiful and natural smile

Everytime my daughter goes to an appointment it is all ways something. They forget she is scheduled her the day or there is an issue regarding payment. It's ridiculous and we are honestly not pleased with the location or the manager. The ladies at the front desk and at the call center are also rude as ever.

Wonderful Customer Service and pricing is great too. The doctor and staff are attentive to your needs and friendly. I advise if needing a dentist, please come to this location.

The front desk staff were very nice, but that was not enough to compensate for the complete lack of cleanliness. As a nurse I was absolutely horrified by the layers of dust and filth all over the equipment. The young girl doing my x-rays kept running her gloved hands over the dirty walls and equipment and then returning back to me to reset the bite wings for the next x-Ray wearing the same gloves. Not once did I ever witness an employee perform proper hand hygiene while I was there. As someone with dental insurance the $5,000+ they were attempting to charge me out of pocket on top of the $10,000 my insurance supposedly covered didn’t really add up to me.

This Brident Dental on Centerville St. Is the truth! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Front staff, Xray techs, Assistants, Ruben and of course the doctor. I love, love this location. Check them out!

Dr Nagina and his staff were amazing, definitely recommend coming here, front desk staff were nice and very helpful and the assistants as well.

Where should I start? This place is an absolute joke. Customer service is terrible. I was refused service due to denying X-ray. I was told your insurance is paying for it. Nothing is coming out of pocket but if something comes up you may have to pay out of pocket. (who do you think pays for the insurance?) But that’s not the point! The point is that I don’t want X rays. I may be pregnant or just don’t want any radiation. I'm aware that it maybe minimal radiation but if I can avoid it I will. I spoke to my insurance and said I have the right to refuse. The office staff doesn’t know what the difference is between a suggestion or company policy. I then proceeded to ask for manager. He said he’s going to tell you the same thing I’m telling you. At this point I’m livid. They denied me the managers name email or number. I called again during my allocated appointment time and was hung up on. I’ve yet to receive a returned phone call from the manger or anyone it that matter. Poor customer service and filthy. Likes to stamp on additional cost to the insurance. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache.
