Marisela and Dr. Nguen where so patient with my son. They were so kind and did everything posible to make him feel comfortable. I don’t think i have EVER been to a dental office where everyone is up to make sure you have a good experience. I am so so grateful for how they took care of us. If you looking for someone to trust this is definitely the place. Marisela is so knowledgeable and is always on top of things. I really can’t brag enough about how amazing they are. The experience was amazing the employee Gaby in particular was extremely helpful in the process she broke everything down and got me right very fast and made everything very clear in the process Gaby is one of the people you run across every blue moon very well mannered and helpful truly wish this could be the experience everywhere and if Gaby is present it could be… it was good see y’all next time happy holidays

Dr Nguyen has bad bedside manner, she always seems stressed and like she does not enjoy the career she CHOSE to pursue. The front office staff does not greet you or assist if any appointments are needed. You have to get there attention even if you having been standing there for the last 5 minutes and made eye contact. Dental assistant are probably the ones keeping this clinic a float very patient and kind with my son.

I was referred there for a bone scan and the service was very very helpful. I would refer anyone to your office! Thank you very much!

Cancelled my appointment without notice. Scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 1: 45 PM got there 15 minutes early to find out my appointment was cancelled. I was told it’s because their last appointment is at 1: 00PM so why was I given a 1: 45 apt? I have e tremendous tooth pain and on Saturday everyone is booked or closed.

From the front desk ladies to the dentist! They were very professional, proficient and efficient.

The office staff is great and the office manager Letty made my experience above expectations.

I had a Appointment for Thursday I went in there early and they declared my tooth to be an emergency so I can be seen that day to wind up not being seen that day and they rescheduled for Friday three people went up there and complained that day because they’ve been waiting for two hours while people that just got there was immediately going in then on Friday I went up there earlier so I can make sure I can be seen at the same time I was supposed to be I was waiting up there for two hours STILL People were still complaining asking for the manager waiting up there for three hours! I winded up leaving because they said it was about to be their lunch break? !? This location, y’all receptionist should be fired and I’m never coming here again.

Just passing by the location, the unkept landscaping looks atrocious. It’s really unappealing and should be maintained.

My first time going to Brident Dental w/ my boys & meeting the front desk lady Alexis she’s literally the best makes you feel very welcome. Best wishes to you girl.

Everyone was very professional, beginning with the front desk staff to the x-ray technician and the Endodontics that I went to see. He explained the procedure that I needed to get done.

I would suggest vetting the after hours 800 number that customers call into. I was hung up on twice after two individuals (sounded like they just woke up) mumbled something incoherently. I asked them to repeat themselves while I checked to make sure I hadn't misdialed (I had not). I was promptly hung up on.

Third time was the charm and while he was also hard to understand and I stated so I asked him to verify if it was Brident with a yes or no response. 1. He began speaking more clearly and 2. He answered my questions.

I am an insurance broker and I was just trying to help a current client who loves the staff here.

This review is more to do with the 800# and is not a reflection of the current in-office staff or their customer service.
