Worse service ever in a dental office. Not organize, rude. Dont waste your money and time. I switch all my family to a better dentist.

This is the 2nd time i have came in. When i called to schedule an appt i told them i am pregnant i have a cracked tooth. My OB had sent 2 fax forms yesterday and today. I asked the receptionist to reschedule but i dont want to reschedule AGAIN.for the 3rd time to be told i need a note from my obgyn stating i can see a dentist because when they sent the fax the receptionist said there is no guarantee that they could inform me when my doctor sent the fax.
I will be finding a much better dentistry. I suggest you dont waste your time and gas to keep rescheduling appointments because they wont inform me when the doctor gives me the ok to get my teeth taken care of. So even if you get it I wont know. So i am looking elsewhere.

I went to Brident today for braces and the service was amazing. Front desk staff were amazing and the girl who did my braces. 10/10 recommend:)

September 2020:
They have the worst customer service. I showed up for my general appointment just for a cleaning and they tell me on the spot "Miss we can't let you go to your appointment until you pay this late fee of 200+ dollars" WHY WOULDN'T THESE PEOPLE TELL ME EARLIER OR STOP ME FOR SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT UNTIL I PAY THIS FEE?

Please do not come here, they make you wait in the waiting room for an obscure amount of time AND in their patient rooms for even longer. They also constantly call and harass you for payments. You'll be much better going somewhere else.

February 6th 2021:
I went back to that dentist office to get my wires trimmed for my braces because the day before the forgot to cut them when I had my general appointment (they didn't even clean my teeth btw). Trimming wires takes 30 sec at most, but I ended up waiting over an hour for an available room. I was waiting in the car, I went back to the office asked them if there was any available rooms (I could see in the window that there was a room open and wire trimming barely takes any time). They told me no and I still had to wait. FINALLY I got my "emergency" appointent and I tried to explain to the the woman who was going to work on my braces my experience from yesterday. The woman spoke over me and dismissed what I was saying so I spoke over her to get my experience across. It was a back and forth back and forth until I got angry and began to yell and say unkind words. She told me to leave so I left I was beyond angry. I came back because I still needed my wires trimmed. THEY TRIMMED MY WIRES IN THE X-RAY ROOM NOT IN A PATIENT ROOM. So why did I need to wait an hour for a room if I was going to an x-ray room? The procedure only took less than a minute. I do not curse people out this was the very first time I was ever pushed to that point ever. These people do not have any hospitality, understanding, and general customer service. I don't come to this dentist location you'll have better service anywhere else.

This place is NOT what I was looking for. The manager was not professional and refused to treat the patient, claiming that they cannot clean with her braces on contrary to what other staff stated. This manager deminer was awful to say the least. He spoke with the patient as if he was interrogator rather than a professional. I would not recommend anyone to go there as long as that manager is there.

DO NOT GOTO THIS DENTAL COMPANY! U will wait for 2 hours until ur r seen.but don't b 15 min late or appt is cancelled. Ortho = tried to make appt for braces to b tightened was informed that they stopped taking payments out of my account 10 MONTHS AGO. Now they say I have an outstanding balance of $900 and won't c my son until paid.but he has been seen every month since "nonpayment" and no one informed me.

Went to brident today and Nada was my dental assistant. She is amazing. The dentist. I had a filling that wasn't done properly. My teeth became very sensitive, and still are. Not going back.

I do no recommend this clinic. They failed multiple times to confirm my insurance on time for my appointment. Staff was not nice and very disorganized. This is sad, I have visited multiple times and the service quality is just going down.

Today was the second time this month I had a dental appointment at Brident Dental. Each time I had the pleasure of NADA as my dental assistant. She was very kind and has a great personality. She made sure I was very comfortable during my dental visit. A ready smile and pleasant word, she took away my anxiety about my dental procedure. She is a true asset to the dental office and I hope she remains there for a long time.

Really enjoyed my service and care I received with Nada & Gillene today! Their care for my children gives me the assurance that I'm coming to the right place receiving EXCELLENT treatment!

Made an appointment for my son to get his teeth cleaned for 3: 30. Got there at 3: 15 because it was his first time so I was ready to fill out paperwork. At 4: 25 when I hadn’t even been asked to verify insurance we left. I will not be back.

This is the second time I have made an appointment with them that they have cancelled at the last minute. This time less than an hour before. Unprofessional and a waste of my time considering they knew it was a dental emergency and I scheduled off work for my appointments! Now I am stuck trying to find a last minute dentist for the day that will accept my insurance smh. Can I give them 0 stars?

For those of you who give this place a 5 Star, you’re lying out of your teeth. Someone must have paid you to write a review! I’ve been going to the same dentist for 20 years until I recently moved to Arlington. DO NOT WAIT YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE! I went 20 minutes early to my appointment and waited 30 minutes before I spoke up asking what was taking so long? Edith, the lady at the front desk says no one told you, you were supposed to assign us to your insurance. So this whole time I’m sitting there she knew this information and didn’t inform me. Anywho they brought me to the back and took 22 x rays I asked why so many and the answer is to see all angles in the mouth. I brought in current x rays from my old dentist but they wanted their own. Waste of money and time but it gets worst! There is a lady who works in the back named Candy long story short she was very rude.she told me if I was flossing I probably would have that problem. Referring to cavities they claimed I have 5 but my teeth are perfectly fine, they wanted to do a bunch of fillings etc.sounds like they were trying to get money any way they could. Candy also told me “you should stop comparing your old dentist to a coperate one because we’re totally different”. I just asked her a question about the paper work she told me I had to sign. SO AFTER I SIGNED THE PAPER WORK AND WAS IN THE BACK FOR AN HOUR THEY SAID OH WERE GOING TO HAVE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT? !? I literally walked out! That’s is not how you treat your customers. This place deserves a negative rating!

Staff was friendly & pymt plans are easy & convenient. Location was easy to get to & clinic is clean & well maintained. Over all, I had a great experience.

Dr. Giking and Nadah were great especially Nadah who was very nice and caring. I’ve been going to this denistry for a couple of years and I’ve enjoyed my time here!

From the doctors down to the staff members are very thorough, professional, and kind. They do their very best to accommodate you and your situation. Switched over from Milestone Dental and I’m very happy with my decision. At home recovering but they took very good care of me. I genuinely appreciate it. Thank you to the Brident Dental TEAM!

Dr. M. Patel was excellent. As well as Nada his assistant who was so nice and friendly. The experience was very nice and friendly. And the rest of the team was super nice as well.
