Brident Dental & Orthodontics, Arlington TX

Good staff but I get to my appointments on time and I always wait 50 min before being seated in the back. Doctor seems disorganized and doesn’t look at my files. I would’ve been there for three hours today if I didn’t leave. What is the point of making an appointment. It’s the same every time.

I had a appointment @ 12pm Waited 3 hours for nothing the need todo better will be going to another dentist smh.

Worst experience I have ever had in a dentist office! I would not recommend this place. If you’re looking for professional, intelligent people with good customer service they’re not at Brident. ‍️

Candace was amazing and helpful she made me feel comfortable and was very gentle! Thanks Candace!

Eli is very professional and always kept a great smile! She was very patience to sensitivity with my xrays. Raven and provider works very closely to together to get my treatment plan.

Candace and Raven have been great today Dr.patel is very clear with what is needed I loved my experience.

Enjoyed my visit at the dentist, the process was fast and easy. Thanks to Dr. Patel and Fatima I got my smile back in check

Candace and Eli did a great job and were very friendly. Candace was very good at explaining how to better take care of my teeth with me.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HORRIBLE DENTAL OFFICE

Update: I called and spoke to the rudest woman. She was hateful and basically told me that there is nothing that can be done. Brident stole from me, charged me for services not rendered and will not correct their mistake.

Excellent service and great attention, everyone there have been super nice taking care of my kid's dental care.

I was helped by Raven, Sandra, and Candace, here at Brident, they have been both accommodating, seeing us same day, friendly and very professional, My little one was very figitty, but they have enormous amounts of patience, and kindness, keeper her happy. Talked her through each step of what was being done. I am so very grateful!
