It's also very military friendly, and the owner has so much pasion for what she does. I am a man and my fiancè had me going to several locations and honestly the is place was the only one that I felt took that weight out of my shoulders.

Teresa was absolutely wonderful from start to finish.
Picking a wedding dress was not a priority for me and I was putting it off for a while.
The second I walked into the store the girls at the shop were very sweet and pleasant, they seemed just as excited as my bridal party that I was getting married.
While all the dresses I tried on were in my price range, I was not having any success. Teresa suggested a few other styles and I ended up finding my perfect dress from one she picked out. It flattered my figure in all the right ways.
She allowed a payment plan based on how much I was able to pay, which was wonderful although I only needed to break it up into two payments I am sure other brides find it extremely helpful.
Alterations were easy as well they scheduled my days to come in for fittings and made all the changes I requested.big or small.
I would absolutely recommend Brides by Elizabeth to anyone I know getting married.

Treated like a princess going to the ball! She picked out my dress, size and all based on looking at me. It fit perfectly and got beautiful earrings and a clutch to match!

You cannot get a better seamstress. Elizabeth is so talented and precise. She catches every detail and is so kind and honest. She altered my wedding dress and my veil to perfection. She went above and beyond. She even worked within my very tight timeline. The entire process was so easy and comfortable, she really puts a lot of care into her work. I got engaged with only 3 months to plan a wedding. I didnt have a wedding dress and Id been looking for a while. Finally we found Brides By Elizabeth and OMG what a blessing. Elizabeth was EXTREMELY helpful. Even if her schedule was booked she made time to see me and after explaining what I wanted, she brought out the first dress for me to try. IT WAS PERFECT. The first dress I tried was the ONE! She had it all measured, altered and ready within two weeks just in time for my wedding. Brides by Elizabeth was my first stop for a mother-of-the-bride dress. The ladies were so helpful and knowledgeable, and with so many options, I decided this was my last stop. They outfitted me in a gorgeous dress in one visit. After tailoring, it was a perfect fit. I can't wait to wear it. I highly recommend the shop and staff. It was a great experience.

The selection of dresses offered is incredible. Theresa had exactly the right dresses pre-selected for me when I went to my appointment and she was patient and her expertise helped me in selecting the perfect dress. The service from the seamstress was horrible. As soon as we got to the store she told us she wouldn’t have any dresses for us (bridesmaid) made on time, however on the phone when we made the appointment they had told us yes. She had zero intentions in helping us. She told us all about her experience (unnecessary) just to tell us "you all should go to David's bridal shop. " There was a
bride that was trying on wedding dresses and was giving her amazing service, and she could care less about us. It was a longggg drive for us to just be treated like that, she shouldn't have made an appointment with us if she didn’t have a selection for bridesmaids dresses. Save your time don’t go there, unless you are looking for a wedding gown.

If you want the impossible, Theresa is your person, be sure and have an appointment to give her the time to make your dreams into a reality!

I wrote a recommendation 5 years ago for Brides By Elizabeth.and decided to post it today for anyone looking for the best place in San Antonio!

My daughter Elena is getting married February 17,2018. We purchased her first wedding dress from a local boutique and had it altered by a sweet woman that did not use the measurements of my daughter that she took, and unfortunately the beautiful dress was beyond usable, we were in a terrible pinch, no wedding dress, and a distraught bride to be.

With the wedding a few weeks away, we were desperate to find another wedding dress!

- - - This is where Brides by Elizabeth comes in to save the day! Two of Elena's brides maids Nicole and Rikki jumped into action! They called 6-7 places in San Antonio, and asked each place if they had Elena's size in stock. On our 1 hour drive into San Antonio, Brides By Elizabeth was last on our list of 3. Here is where it gets amazing!

Elena remembered Nicole saying Brides By Elizabeth was extremely helpful and nice! Introducing Teresa the owner!

Our experience was beyond exceptional! I will have Teresa as a forever friend! Her answer was YES, we will make that happen, yes, you will make that happen!

Her excellence and attention to detail were incredible! She turned our mess into a beautiful experience and, and oh my gosh, I was thrilled to see my daughter glowing with excitement, and excited for her father and new husband to see her all dressed up!
