Bruce and all of the staff at the Bridge went above and beyond to do anything we needed to help us take care of my Uncle in the last days he was with us. The nurses were always available to answer any questions or help us when anything happened. I felt very comforted knowing that I had Bridge as a resource at anytime.

Let me begin by saying how very sorry I am that you are in need of a hospice provider. I have limited experience (that’s a blessing, right?) and have only encountered 2 hospice services. We had Bridge earlier in 2022, when my husband coded at home. They were wonderful. His nurse, Kori, even came up to the hospital and sat with me until we knew what was happening, even though she knew this meant I was withdrawing him from their care. Once it was time to go home on hospice for good, with both in and out of hospital DNRs in place, the Paliative Care team at the hospital recommended a different hospice service. I heeded their advice, although I wish I hadn’t. As soon as I found out we could switch, I did. That day. And it was the best choice for us all. Emily Flathouse is wicked smart and so compassionate. Jamie and Lindsay took excellent care of Ronnie and of all of us. Both very smart, experienced, and very passionate about their patients. The night my husband died, Lindsay even helped put Grandma to bed for me, even though she wasn’t Grandma’s assigned nurse. I can’t tell you how much the staff at Bridge Hospice means to me. I will always have fond memories of these people who helped me give my husband the most peace at his time of need. So while I’m so sorry you are in need of a hospice provider, I recommend Bridge with complete confidence. They aren’t only for those with limited time on this earth. They also help me care for my Grandmother, who qualified for hospice due to her dementia. And the expertise they have displayed is second to none.

Bridge Hospice is a wonderful company to take care of your loved ones and your time and need tammie Ware and her staff stepped in and helped my sister in her final days. They were and are just as their company is named, they were a bridge they came in and just gravitated to my sister Juiwanor They kept her company they stayed and did shifts me and my brother or long haul truck drivers so we was having trouble with coverage for my sister other caregivers was just not showing up any longer and Tammie said that was not right and they won her and her staff came in and took care of my sister filled in gaps in the schedule and just made her happy in her final days. I was really skeptical at first about.hospice because my grandfather and his final days was on it, and Tammie‘s company was nothing like the other company that my grandfather used so I highly recommend Bridge Hospice to anyone that needs it it has been a year since my sister passed and Bridge Hospice still check up on us to see how we’re doing. They are a wonderful company and wonderful people.

Bridge Hospice is an extraordinary company. The compassionate and loving Nurses, nurse practitioners, the chaplain and the Director Laura Williams made the transition a little more tolerable. When I first reached out to Bridge Hospice to provide care for my mother, I expected a routine plan of care that all Hospice organizations would follow. That is not the case with Bridge Hospice. From my first phone call with Bruce, I felt comfort that my mother would receive the care I was looking for. But more than that, he educated me on what my family was facing, the steps we needed to take next and how they could help. He didn’t stop with his phone call. He personally came to my family home and met with my dad and siblings to reassure all of us Bridge would take care of our wife and mother. And then we met Lindsey. Had I not experienced it myself, I would never have believed that in such a short time, a person could have such a remarkable impact on your life. During the most difficult days for my dad and my family, Lindsey provided not only care for my mother, but for all of us. Recognizing that each of my siblings processed emotions differently, Lindsey took the time to address each of us individually with her updates. But Lindsey took special care of my father. She knew immediately how important my mother was to him and she made it part of her time with us to take care of him as well. For each visit with my mother, came a visit with my father. We were blessed to have her in our lives during this time. Our entire experience with Bridge Hospice was above our expectations and we knew our mother was receiving the best of care, provided from huge hearts. Lindsey and Bruce were only two of the staff that were there to support us. Everyone was professional and caring. And I cannot end this review without a special thanks to Jaime who was with our family at a very difficult time. If you are thinking all of Hospice are the same, you should reach out to Bridge Hospice to find the difference.

Laura Williams and the staff at Bridge Hospice have been a blessing. It brings so much comfort knowing that they truly have a gift to care and love on people. Laura has been a jewel and has gone above and beyond with our every need. She is clearly in her element and I could not be more thankful for the comfort, the compassion and the joy she exudes as she walks with us during this time in my momma's life <3

The Staff is amazing! The quality of care that they give not only at Brookdale Monterey but for my father as well my family and I are very pleased that we have them and they are always present for questions or for concerns I highly recommend the Bridge for care

From day one, Bridge Hospice became our angels. I don’t even have the words to adequately describe how wonderful they were. Each and everyone from the nurses and aids to the office staff. They had so much compassion and love for my husband and, for me and the rest of the family they came in contact with. I highly recommend Bridge Hospice…your loved one will be taken care of in the most dignified, loving and caring way you can imagine. They were available for us 7 days a week, 24 hours a day!

The staff at Bridge are like a group of angels. They comforted us at the worst time of our lives. When mom came home from the hospital, everything was arranged and the nurse practitioner was waiting to see her. She explained everything and was so kind and easy to talk to. The visiting nurses, Kori and Christina, treated us like family and they treated mom with dignity and respect. We got to visit with a wonderful social worker, Mindy, that made sure to check on our emotional well being. When mom passed, Kori, was at our house immediately. Everything was so well arranged and the staff took care of every detail. They made it possible for our family to devote our time to mom, without having to worry about anything else. They helped us so much and we could feel how much they care. Knowledgeable, diligent, compassionate, and respectful are just a few words I can use to describe the amazing staff at Bridge. Thank you.

Thank you Bridge for the outstanding care and sincere caring you gave during my sweet daddy’s last days. You were always just a phone call away if we had questions or needed you! He adored each nurse that came to see him but especially loved Nakita whom came 3 times a week to care for his hygiene needs. Once again thank you from the bottom of my heart ️

We had a wonderful experience with every level of Bridge Hospice! From the first phone call to the last day.and even beyond! They are still checking in with our mom and we appreciate it so much. This is a hard and sacred experiences, and they were top rate in every way.
