Horribly managed company. I had a mouse/squirrel/rat die in the walls of the house and lived with the smell of death for 6 months. Had to pay for a pesticide guy to go under the house to see if he could find dead animal, which he didn’t. Liars. Cheaters. Crooks.

Unkind, uncaring, and openly rude to you.
Our air vents were full of mold in the apartment we were leasing, to which they replied "get over it, there is mold outdoors too, it's good for you. "
Seriously would recommend second-guessing your desire to do business with them.
