Bridgepoint Apartments, Waxahachie TX

I previously reviewed this place with higher stars. However, I’ve now lived here longer and the list of grievances is getting longer.

It seems they cannot find someone to hold the office together. Every time I go there I’m greeted by someone new, very disheartening and eye opening.

We’ve been here since august and cannot wait to find somewhere new to raise our babies once our lease it up. For the amount of money we THOUGHT we’d be paying, compared to the amount we’re ACTUALLY paying, you’d think we’d have much nicer amenities and living quarters. But no. Broken fences. Painted over stickers in cabinets and appliances. Paint meant for walls on cabinets. A toilet installed SLANTED. A stove that doesn’t fit in its spot, limiting the usage of a drawer. Feeling quite ghetto. Oh, our building is also haunted. Maybe that should be disclosed as well.

Money hungry deceivers! Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves for running a company like this, honestly. If I could give zero stars, I would. Find somewhere else to live, trust me lol

I walked in and felt right at home with the new office staff. This is the first time since I have moved here that it has felt comfortable and easy to walk in the leasing office. Thank you!

I had been having difficulties getting ahold of management even prior to moving in until Terrie started! She’s super sweet and actually listens!

ALSO! Ken is literally the most attentive maintenance worker and I am extremely happy that I have him working on literally ALL of my maintenance requests that had been posted since the beginning of September. He has completed almost all my requests other than the ones that needed parts ordered. I will definitely be requesting him for all my maintenance work requests! Thank you Ken! (:

Best property in Waxahachie! Great new Manager and Maintenance! Prices are incredibly reasonable!

My apartment was flooding from a storm and within hours they had someone here vacuuming up the water. They were great about cleaning up the mess

This apartment has been the best since I moved in! Friendly in the office and I love the location. The dog park is big and the layout of the apartment is great! They do trash pickup and have affordable rent. Check it out, I’m loving it!

Terrie in management really helped accomplish all my needs with the move in process thanks!

I been here ten years nobody messes with me or my rides quite place, no drama I'm pretty happy here. I
am concerned with how much the tow company through here lately.

The new office manager, Terrie, is very helpful and sweet. She is such a blessing and is a light to the office!

So glad that Terrie is now managing the office. She is friendly and makes sure that you get taken care of. Previous staff could care less about residents and we're never in office.

Maintenance: He was polite, came in and got the job done.
To my satisfaction? I’d rather the office oversee his work and it be done to your satisfaction because this is your property. If this was my home and I paid to have it done… I’d call them back to get it done right. No cracks in tub, sealant around all cracks in tub, bottom tub resurfaced and soap dish moved as requested. Only contact us if you feel they need to review the work and that it meets the office standards.

Maintenance people are always helpful, nice, do good works, and complete the task.
