Thank you Bridgeport for everything the ladies in the front are great Ms Elsie and Ms Melissa r awesome the maintenance team is amazing to mr. Martin is always nice

Management is helpful. Easy move-in process. Very quiet. They always have fun events to attend throughout the year for the residents. No complaints.

The lady on the front desk is very rude. She kept me on hold when I was speaking.and then hung up. I called back and said you hung up on me and she said she couldn't hear me so she hung up. She didnt even ask me if i was there before putting the phone down. And asked me to hold again when I called back. This tells you what kind of customer service you will be getting if you move there! NO THANKS

I stopped by the office today to address an issue with a work order and i had to deal with an unprofessional girl name (Melissa) very very rude if im not mistaken i believe she is the new manager not only it was there mistake for not closing the work order but her response was (did you not here me say today) she is just plain rude and has a bad attitude this is the first time i had to deal with such person and I’ve been here for years. This sucks now i dnt even feel comfortable picking up my packages. It’s not like if im asking for a favor its part of your job and thanks to the residents u get a paycheck.

I have lived at bridgeport apartments for 8 years. And ever since Elsa started working here it being a pleasure living here. She is very very helpful and she takes time out to listen to you. Elsa is my #1 staff employee. Thank you Elsa for caring about the residents

The office staff have been great. The hosted a large Thanksgiving brunch and the food was really good. They are all so friendly here.

A homeless person broke into my car and slept in it when I used to live here. They left some of their things in my car and it smelled HORRIBLE and so did my seats. The office said they couldn’t do anything about it. I wouldn’t recommend moving here.

First, I want to get started by thank you so much Melissa for helping me and waiting on me after all the struggle that I went through and having difficult time through the pay out but you still waited for me after closing time and I really appreciate that. That gives me a great character about you. You’re a great Manager for helping me once again thank you so much for making my process super quick And I love my new home. As soon as I said, something was wrong at the apartment, you guys were quick to fix it for me and I love it thank you

I luvvvvvvv my apt I was having issues at first nd was ready to move out but im so glad I decided to renew.my problems are finally getting heard Melisa is great Im so happy she work here she alway takes time to listen & is friendly makes me feel welcomed! I do wish renewal prices were a bit lower but I cant complain

Worst experience, they promise you a reward if you recommend someone to move into those apartments, which they never give you, and they also charge you bills when you leave that you supposedly had to pay when you moved, apparently as a punishment for not staying, but how to stay if it is excessively expensive

Update: Management tried to pay me $75 in exchange for removing my review. They’re claiming to not be able to get an actual security company due to low apartment costs.

Original: I’ve had my vehicle broken into twice in 6 months. My neighbors were affected as well and say this is a regular thing. First time they just rummaged it, this time I got my window broken and ignition damaged with a screwdriver. Allegedly there’s supposed to be security over here but we see how that’s going. But they sure do make sure that tow truck comes through every night smh. I’ve had nothing but issue after issue with this complex. Can’t wait for my lease to be up!

Ive lived here for a year already and maintenance has been really good at all my work orders as well as the ladies in the office they're always so patient with me Elsa is always so nice and happy when i walk in i enjoy talking to her.
