Horrible experience! The eye doctor was rushing, the girl from the front desk seemed upset and the guy who helped me go through my insurance policy lied to my face saying that I had a great insurance and that my insurance would cover for both my glasses and contact lenses. (Liar). After a week they called me, stating that my glasses were ready for pick up and I asked if my contacts were ready as well, and to my surprise, they said that the insurance would only cover for 1. I was so surprised, I told the lady that the employee had told me that my insurance would cover for both and she said “I’m sorry but that is incorrect, your insurance only covers for one, you would unfortunately need to pay full price for the contacts. ” I was upset and asked to speak to the man who lied to me, we spoke and I asked him if why he had lied, he denied everything. I ended up only getting my contact lenses which by the way 4 of them were defective. I do not recommend this place to any one. All they really care about is making money and do not care about their customers! I would never go back to this place again.

The employee's weren't really helpful with getting the eye prescription and explaining what they were doing. Also don't go to the white guy he talked back to a girl saying '' Are you hands clean? They don't look clean" and on top of that he brought a freaking hammer out to break the glasses.

They are very friendly and helpful. I was helped by Jared and he explained everything in detail.

I highly recommend Bright Eyes. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, and very good with young adults. They're also very affordable and genuinely care about making you see better.

So glad I came today. I had an exam less than 6 months ago from another place at North Star Mall and something just wasn't right, even after I went back and said I still can't see right. Turns out I have thinning of the fluid in my eye that is causing things to be cloudy at times in addition to my allergies. The exam I got here was way better. I'm walking out with an over the counter allergy prescription, a referral to see another Dr. For glaucoma possibility, contacts, and glasses for close up reading. I feel confident I'll be able to see better after coming here. The workers were nice and knew my insurance. Very happy with this place.

Short wait time on a Saturday morning. Everyone was polite and the Dr was great with my son. She was very kind compared to the rude succubus he had the misfortune of seeing for his first ever eye appt. I'm glad I found bright eyes.

Horrible place! They don't have the frame you need always have to order something. Dr dorsy and braun stay on vacation. The manager jaret is a clown and pointless in his position.not recommended!

I completely agree with Jennifer Davis the taller white guy who was "helping" me pick out a pair of glasses was so rude. I would not suggest for anyone to go to this office because of him nor will I be returning.

I've never been to this place and I don't even wear glasses or contacts, but one of the people who works there noticed me trying to view the solar eclipse with a pinhole projector on the sidewalk and was nice enough to bring out some lenses. That's worth five stars in my book.

Staff was really nice except for the taller white guy with longer hair. He spoke to me like I was a complete illiterate. I wouldn't go back here just because of him. He kills the vibe at this location.

It's a really nice place but the front desk is always rescheduling appointments and it is pretty frustrating.

Always got excellent customer service. Especially when I was having blurry vision and needed to be seen for medical reasons and not just an eye exam.

So I arrived 15 min before appointment and signed in on clip board. Well I waited and waited and waited, thought maybe they were really behind schedule. I hate complaining, but finally at 6 pm I asked if I was going to be seen. The receptionist didn't know I was there because they don't look at sign in sheet. They never called my name. Worst day ever, thanks for wasting my afternoon!

I had good service here. I didn't have to wait long to get everything started and the doctor really listened to me and explained to me things about my eyes. I had a wide variety that my insurance (medicad) covered I did have to pay extra for the type of lenses I got but other then that I liked this place. Now my only complaint was it took almost 3 weeks to get my glasses Idk if that was because I went in on a sat.

Friendly staff, very little wait time will definitely return for any of my family's vision needs!

I had a wonderful experience there. No wait time, the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Aaron was soooo incredibly friendly and helpful. And jarod was also very helpful and friendly. He went over all my benefits and told me exactly what i needed to know. Will definitely be returning and will recommend to anyone who asks!
