Poor quality of my dentures it's been about 3yrs since I've have them and they have cracked twice and they charge me to glue back together. Went back to have my dentures repaired and everything went great the Doctor and the staff where very nice and informative. Thank you

I went to this dentist on the dental grant.the exam and xray were covered by the grant.they told me nothing was being charged to me insurance because the grant covered the exam and xrays.they lied.the charged my insurance over $600.

Dr Kaushik does great work, and is so understanding of “nervous” patients! Can’t recommend enough

This place is involved in predatory lending. They “work” with the Texas Dental Grant “nonprofit”. The grants only go to this practice. The grant covers only a small percentage of the dental work you’ll require. The dental work you’ll require is in the tens of thousands financed through a high interest loan program. You can ask them to stop contacting you and they’ll continue. NON-STOP! They play on your emotions because everyone deserves a nice smile. I’ll just get temporary veneers for a fraction of the cost. If you read the Texas Dental Grant conditions- you can’t say anything negative. You have to write a thank you letter within 30 days. It’s a scam. I do have media contacts in DFW and sharing this scam with them to investigate.

The entire staff are the best I have ever had to associate with.
I felt like I was with family. Every visit was enjoyable. Every person there was professional and friendly. The Doctor was the absolutely the best I have ever encountered.

******STAY AWAY****** this so called Grant is nothing but a disappointment an a complete waste of our time. The drive was over 2 hours. One employee did not speak very good English so when asking questions could not get a clear answer, they seemed annoyed when I declined some of their services. Grant did not cover much and the total was over 50 grand, I could buy a very luxury vehicle for that price. ****** SCAM****

Beware of this business, Dr Kim is the best but the financial part is nothing but a scam, especially if you use Texas Dental Grant, theytoo are a scam who we believe run thru Brightway Dental, have you noticed you can only go to this clinic with a grant! Scam, Scam, Scam. My atty tried getting in touch with Texas Dental Grants, he said he made numerous attempts no answers by phone no returned emails he said sttated its all a scam thru Brightway Dental. They are the most money hungry people I know. Im out $30,000 on implants and they do not want to make them right. They had their chance too late now, Dr Kim tried to do what was right but the front office said no. I would only use them for minor situtions.

The staff here were so friendly. They explained everything without rushing me or pushing treatment on me. I highly recommend them. I will make the drive from Houston aging.

The BEST EXPERIENCE EVER going to a dentist office. We so recommend this location to any and all who have a desire to be treated like family. So glad we found Brightway Dental.

Bana is INCREDIBLE! I absolutely LOVED her. I’m deaf & had to remove my hearing aids & glasses to do the X-ray, she very calmly helped me step up to the X ray machine & when I began to panic due to claustrophobia, she allowed me to step away & waited between images so I could compose myself. When I explained to her that I also have high anxiety/PTSD from previous experiences, she was incredibly patient and understanding. We chatted and she took the time to explain each step as she took my X-rays pausing whenever she noticed me flinching and/or expressing discomfort. When the doctor checked my teeth and gave me the results, he asked if I had any questions and I said no. He stepped out and I said “I didn’t understand a single word he said but I couldn’t think of any questions”, Vana then took the time to explain what he meant and even provided me with visuals to make sure I had full and clear understanding on what needed to be done. This young lady is the BEST and I wish there were more people out there like her! Thank you Vana for all your patience and understanding! It means the world to people like me who struggle with severe anxiety especially in public places.

I would not recommend this place to anyone! The service is horrible at this place and all they do is lie…. I’ve paid money to get my dental work done and every time I called to see when my dental work will be done, they gave me the run around. Mind you it’s been since June. Here it is September. They tell me someone is going to call and no one does. It’s been months and still nothing. I guess some action needs to be taken so I can get my money back.

The staff was super nice, i drove almost 35 mins, it took a while for me to go inside and get checked but once i got in staff was suoer nice, efficient and quick to process all the tests. The Dr was sweet and super nice and quick. I applied for the grant, but in the end, the budget was really high. Even with the grant it was no way i could get that much money, and they didn't offer me a co-pay or payment plan. They use your credit score either to approve you or deny working on you and if you do not qualify they ask you to get a loan wherever you can and then contact them if you are willing to go ahead with the process.it was too much. There's a reason why you apply for the grant.

I have had the best experience here so far! I will continue to recommend this clinic. Dr Syed and all of the staff are very professional and cordial:)
