2I asked for a Replacement Cost policy. After I paid and asked for my declaration pages it turns out I was given a basic Actual Cash Value policy instead of what I asked for. I have tried to get a hold of the agent and can't not get a hold of her. I have left several messages and no one has called me back. Don't shop here! They they will lie to you, they don't care if you're not completely covered as long as they get your business they will screw you up
Tiffany is a dream to work with and it's hard to believe we'll ever use anyone else for our insurance needs. I really value the background and explanation Tiffany always provides whenever she pulls a quote for us. She indulges my many questions, and is always prompt to reply. It is a luxury to work with her.
