Update: They went out of business without any notice. It was nice while it lasted. Clint - I hope that you are OK.

We have been to several vacuum shops in the metroplex. Brilliant Vacuum is the best. As a result, we drive almost an hour to go there. Next time you need a new vacuum or your old one serviced go see Clint. He will take great care of you.

I ordered a part for my Dyson vacuum on Sept 4,2023. Received a confirmation email. I still haven't received the part. Their phone has a message that says they are not receiving phone calls for 2 weeks now. I have sent multiple emails and no reply. Are they open? Are they closed? Did I just get scammed? They are on maps. I guess they just suck. LOSERS

Disappointed that I commuted here and arrived at 1: 15pm to find out it is closed. Online and door list goes that close is at 2 pm on Saturdays.

It rather helps if you change your Voice Mail message to reflect your being closed for Labor day. Especially in light of the fact you had a short day on Saturday. Only way to have known this was to drive in. Fortunately, I'm just a short drive away. One star for the lack of proper customer service. Will revise.maybe.after actually visiting the store when it's open.

My grandfather took both of our vacuums here because they were making weird noises.

Not only did they take great care of him, he also did not charge him.

It was a simple issue and easily fixed and he also showed him how to fix it himself next time.

Thank you for the exceptional service.

Brilliant Vacuum has definitely gained our business for life.

This is the 2nd time I've brought my Dyson vacuum in in about 5 years and they have got it running brand new again and showed me how to fix the problem for next time. Also checked both filters and told me how to clean them. Very honest and helpful. Would definitely recommend and do business with in the future.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I bought a miehle vacuum here several years ago. My kids treat it like a shop-vac so I occasionally have problems with clogs. The first clog I took to the shop and the owner was working. He fixed it for free and I picked up some spare bags. Recently my vacuum clogged again (kids!). I actually had to cut the attachment hose to get the first clog out. The vacuum still wasn't working correctly so I called to schedule a time to bring it in. The owner answered the phone and offered to help me troubleshoot over the phone. This included putting the phone to the vacuum so he could listen to the sound. The problem had apparently worked itself out after the vacuum was turned off/on a few times but the owner's willingness to help me over the phone to save me a trip really stood out to me. I highly recommend this store.

I recently took our vacuum cleaner (maybe ~7 years old, and very tired, noisy, and **constantly** needed to be taken apart and unclogged) to brilliant vacuum hoping that they could help me avoid spending $$ on a new one.

The owner was friendly and professional, and freely communicated what his expectations were for the cost of service & repair. My vacuum came back *spotless*, working perfectly and like new. The cost was reasonable and in line with what was communicated when I dropped it off. Very please and happy to recommend this business to others.

I’ve used them before and was very pleased, but this time I took my big Hoover vacuum in because it wasn’t working. After examining it he told me it was working perfectly. He showed me and it did work. He could have fooled me and said it needed some part and I would never had known. I prize honesty above anything in a business and I’ve found one that’s been tested. Thank you!

Super awesome customer service. I ordered a battery for my vacuum and realized the next day that it was not a battery problem but a vacuum problem. I emailed customer service hoping to cancel the order and got an refund email back within a couple hours. AWESOME customer service.

Did an online purchase with this company. 12 days go by, no response. I had to call the company for an update. Got an email the next day saying they are having trouble getting the part. Should ship by June 27th. That day comes and goes. Three days later still nothing from the company. I write an email asking for a refund. Get the refund but they didn’t contact me to tell me they refunded the money. Clearly they care about customer service. Maybe their in person customer service is better but I would not recommend buying anything from them online.

I ordered a part for my vacuum on 4/8. It took two weeks for my order to ship, and another week for it to arrive, however it did not contain the item I ordered. I reached out to customer service who said they would send me the correct part. After a week I had not heard anything, it took two email over the following week to receive a response claiming that the part was not in stock but would arrive on 5/17. It is now three weeks past that estimate and despite multiple emails I have not received any response.

Update 6/12 - I received a notification from my card issuer that I was refunded on my order, however the merchant never contacted me to explain this.

If I could rate this company zero, I would. I never received a shipping confirmation. After multiple emails to this company, all I received were automated replies telling me that there had been delays and giving me an estimated delivery date a couple weeks out. I called them twice and left detailed messages. No response. My credit card had been charged immediately after ordering. I ended up contacting my credit card company to stop payment. I think I was scammed. Not sure that this is even a real company. If it is, it has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Can't say much about the product because I never received it.

I searched all over the internet for the Dyson part I needed, which is the turbine head replacement for the Dyson big ball yellow vacuum. Dyson said it was out of stock and all other places only carried off market questionable substitutes, one of which I tried and it did not fit so I had to return it. Brilliant vacuum carried the EXACT part I needed and online purchase was easy with nearly the same price as Dyson (10% mark up at Brilliant). Amazon did not carry this part. I received the replacement today (3 day delivery) and it is EXACTLY the Dyson replacement part I needed. It is brand new and solved my problem for a $70 fix on a $400 vacuum (5 yrs old). Thanks!

I would give them ZERO STARS if it were possible. On 12-23-22, I ordered two Casabella brooms from their website and as of today’s date 1-25-23, I still have not received the merchandise. I called TWICE and left a voicemail TWICE and they did not return my calls. I wrote them an email through THEIR website and they did not respond to it. Today, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ONLINE. YOU WILL NOT GET IT. They NEVER answer their direct line when you call and they must not ever look at their emails because they do not respond to those either.

Ordered and paid for a part for our Dyson Vacuum Cleaner on 10/6/2022. On 10/24/2022 I sent an email enquiring about the order, they responded by saying I would receive the part by 11/3/2022. It is 11/12/2022 and the part has yet to be delivered. Unbelievably disappointing!
