We have been using Brinks for a couple of years now to perform repairs or basic maintenance on my car. Besides always doing a good job, they have gone above and beyond the call of duty on more than one occasion. Michael, the owner, is friendly and great about reaching out when they are running a special on maintenance work. Michelle, the office captain, is extremely knowledgable, professional, and helpful. When my car hit a milestone, some things needed to be repaired, and she saved us a chunk of money on one of the repairs by suggesting we check to see if that particular repair was covered under my warranty - it was. And finally, (this is a very condensed version), my car's engine light came on while we were out of town recently. We immediately called Brinks because I knew they would steer us in the right direction, and they did. Knowing I can reach out to them with concerns about my car wherever I am gives me enormous peace of mind. Their level of service and the way they conduct business reminds me of the bygone days of Austin when the city was smaller and people were neighbors, not numbers.

Brought my 2014 911 Carrera S Cabriolet to Michael and the team at Brink Motorsports. I learned of this group from a referral and I have been thrilled with the work they do on my car. Brought it in for an oil change and tune up and the pricing was excellent and the service, simply fantastic. This was my second service visit and I could not be happier. I encourage all Porsche owners to consider these guys for your next service. You won't be disappointed.

Great work, they fixed the AC on my car and worked with me on the price because they didn’t want to send me away with a job half done. They reached out afterward to make sure everything was good. The owner, Mike, is very knowledgeable and a genuinely good person. Michelle's breadth of knowledge is huge. If you have a VW or an Audi this is the place to take it, especially if you are performance oriented. I've been a customer of Brink's since the very beginning - his very first customer when he installed a vortech supercharger on by mk4 VR6 - and I'll keep coming back.

Great service for your Audi. Oil change cost the same as a Jiffy Lube but you know you are getting the fluids. Checked other service items only Audi experts know to look for.

Brink has earned my business for all non warranty issues on my Audi. Service, pricing and attention to detail is far beyond what you get at the dealership. Highly recommend.

Great shop with friendly staff! The staff at Brink from everyone working at the desk up front to the mechanics in the back are some of the best German/European car specialists in Austin and more than capable of taking care of you and your car.

I contacted Brink about getting a tune on my car. About 12 hours later, I was flying away with a car that felt like a jet plane. Great shop. Super nice folks and do great work. They recently moved into the area and we had an Audi that needed some TLC. They were great, listeners and worked with us on a get well plan for our Audi S6. Highly recommend them.

If you love your Audi that you have given her a name, you'd want your vehicle to be in great hands, right? Brink Motorsports are excellent and know their stuff inside and out which gives me peace of mind. And now they're helping me with advice on how to make my car not just go fast but also reliable.
I wish there were hospitals that are as nice, thorough and accomplished as Brink I wouldn't be such a mess, but that's a completely different tale.

My husband has taken my car there a total of 2 times. Both times he came home stating that they did a great job and they made sure to explain any and all repairs. This place is friendly and knowledgeable and most of all they won’t rob you blind. I will continue to give them my business because I can honestly say they are GREAT.

Came in for a tune (2010 S5). Very friendly and informative. I'm a master tech myself and knowing how the industry is, they are about the customer rather than making a buck. It's a great place to come to, to have your services done to your vehicle. Even though I do the work myself, I know I can definitely turn to them to take care of work I feel I can't accomplish. They completely have my business.

I'm 100% confident with Brink's staff working on my VW and Mercedes. They're very low key and straight forward. They're pretty busy so make sure to call first or make an appointment. Mike is very easy to work with. Please keep up the good work!

Mike and his crew are the only place any VW/Audi owner should take their car to for service or repair. I believe they wrench on other makes as well. You won’t find a nicer, more honest or more proficient shop in Austin. Can’t recommend highly enough.
