Worst service no communication dont expect to get any calls or updates on your vehicle but leave a bad review the calls come pouring in asking why you left a bad review the service manager john is unprofessional when talking to you and does not care if you order parts also no communication have to call to find out where your order is after about 2 months i gave up with it and the dealership if i could leave negative stars i would i will no longer take any of my vehicles to this dealership!

Even though the cashier was polite, when getting in my car I noticed the technician (s) had left some trash in the floorboard and the old window sticker was not completely removed and the new one was not directly on top of the residue from the old one…a little surprised in the lack of attention to these minute issues.

No appointments necessary, oil change and state inspection, spent less time that what I thought. Everyone was professional. Great job

They worked really had to get the financing done. I had some issues with my credit but they still pushed to get me the best interest rate out there. They didn’t push a lot of unnecessary extras on me and sold me the truck under MSRP. I never felt pushed or under pressure. It was a laid back experience.

I have sold them 2 vehicles. They paid as much as I was asking. No haggling. I have purchased 2 very nice trucks. I am extremely satisfied with my financing. My sales man was great.

The simple and emotional aspect of purchasing a vehicle can be daunting!
I was first told that due to low inventory that outside financing would not be available. That is just laughable! I was already financed through my Credit Union and just needed to have the dealers invoice faxed over to them and they would send the bank draft. I told them from the beginning that I wouldn’t be using another financing institution other than the one I’ve already been approved by and that should have been end of story but no.more bull following that until I told him that I would leave if I couldn’t do outside financing. So he said he would go and talk to his Manager for approval. So as to not make this a long drawn out story the deal was done and bank draft was sent and vehicle purchased. So no I wouldn’t recommend anyone or anybody to your dealership!

New wait area is clean and an improvement.
Only complaint is your pricing is misleading. When you advertise a price for a routine service, an oil change in my case, that is what people expect. Not charge more for labor and shop supplies. If your costs are too high and you can’t absorb the overhead then change your advertised pricing so that the consumer can actually go where the prices are true.

Betty was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional! Subirban was in and out with new tires front end alignment and toe adjustment. Oil changed and filters. Great job.

Service Department - I was originally a little disappointed with how a little bit of paint damage was handled, but everyone was really nice, and after the issue was brought to his attention, John, the Service Director called me up and is making it right. In the end, that is what matters, and these folks are a pleasure to do business with. 10/10, will visit again.

Excellent team. Was there to pick up a customized car. Mary Kay car and the staff was very supportive assisted to make this pick up as special as possible. This is a very caring team. Thank you all.
