Do Not buy from here. We thought they cared about their customers, and while we were in the process yeah they treated us great but it all changed once we got the vehicle. We bought the extended warranty because both my husband and I are disabled, nothing was said about what was and wasn't covered, we were told bumper to bumper (I, myself stressed that was what we needed), within the first week of owning the truck we took it in for them to take care of a couple things previously discussed (locking gas cap & remote start). It was during that visit that we informed them of a leak around the headlight, which was causing water to get into the headlight and basically messing with the illumination of the bulb, we were told at that time that yes it was covered, but we needed to wait at least 90 days for the coverage to kick in, and we waited. While we waited we found out the pump for the windshield wiper fluid didn't work so when we took the truck in for routine oil change we told them about both problems. We were told today 4 months after we bought the truck that #1 - the headlight is not covered (so they lied) #2 - we would have to pay a $250 deductible (which was not mentioned) to replace the windshield washer pump. We feel like all they did was Jerry Rig these things just to sell the truck and we got screwed. So do not trust them.

******PETTY! Absolutely horrible customer service and management! Do NOT take your business here. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! ***** UPDATE: after 2 years of owning this vehicle, I am OVER 30k in repairs to keep this vehicle running! Customer service remains the same! “Not my problem” kind of attitude!

Alonzo Ames was my salesman at the dealership brinson Ford of Athens he's very knowledgeable of his vehicles and the terms and agreements of the contracts that you sign very informative friendly relaxed atmosphere at the dealership everybody's helpful very courteous people like Ben, in finance was very helpful explaining things and broke down details for me to where I could understand better I have dealt with brinson Ford for many years and that's why I keep coming back to purchase new or used vehicles you won't get a better deal anywhere else thank you Alonzo I'm happy with everything Brad Stracener

As we explored the lot we met Ashley Campos, she was very welcoming and asked if we needed any help. She informed us she was not a Sales Person but she was very compassionate, knowledgeable and came to check on us a couple of times. We told her at the time we didn’t see exactly what we were looking for but we would like to for sure purchase from them in the future. We exchanged information and til this day, she has kept us updated on new arrivals and has been nothing but a pleasure to work with! We highly recommend checking them out!
