It may be just my experience with this business but I have had my solar panels for almost a year and they are still not connected. I've been through 2 project managers and now I can't even get a call or email from them. Not only that they told me email the people about getting a refund of my monthly payment because I am paying my electricity bill still along with the cost of the panels. I've tried to make contact on numerous occasions with no luck. Anyone know if there is some legal actions that could be taken to at least have them removed or get my money back?

I fell for it and signed up with them in early 2020. I signed everything and waited for the next stage-site evaluation. They never came. They never called. Eventually, I called the financing company and told them I got nothing from them and would give them nothing. The finance company asked if I would reconsider if they started work on the contract. Since it had been almost 4 months I said absolutely not. Thought it was all over. Got a bill from them yesterday of $2,364.00 for "costs incurred through the date of termination. " I will not pay.

One of the best solar companies in the industry. I looked at 5 different companies and this company had the best price for the quality of equipment. The panels are on my house and everything ran smoothly. I would recommend this company to anyone I know!

Deceit is unfortunately the foundation of this company. For example, look at all the positive reviews they have on here. Those "people" giving great reviews are giving the same reviews for different brio locations around the country! They aren't real customers, just deceitful salesmen.
