If I could give ZERO stars I would. On Thanksgiving Day we ordered OVER $800 of food. Scheduled a pickup for 10am, went by to pickup food and they FORGOT the most of important parts of the meal, the Turkey, Stuffing and Mashed Potatoes. We didn’t discover this until we drove 1 hour home bc they helped placed all the food in our vehicle. We called back and asked about picking up the missing items and were on our way, forget that our guests were already at our home and hungry…. We get to location and ask for manager and expressed our concern and frustration, only to be told “we are getting it for you”, not a I’m sorry or how can I make this up to you or anything. I’m so upset that I needed to write this review right now.

Just an update:

Reached out as they asked me and still nothing. Speaks to great customer service. YEAH RIGHT!

Went for dinner on a Saturday evening at 5: 30. Not busy. Sat outside on the patio. Quite pleasant.

Waitress/waiter came by reasonably quickly.

Ordered a bottle of wine (markup seems to be 100% of retail vs the usual 200%) and a couple of entrees.

Service was good. Food was good. Nothing exceptional. About the same as Carrabbas.

Nothing to complain about and nothing to write home about.

I look forward to Adriatic Cafe on 290 opening back up.

I only get the Shrimp and Eggplant and use the bread to sponge up the delicious sauce with the wedge salad. I usually sit at the bar where service is good.

I really enjoyed great food great people, and a great server. There was really no complaints truly happy here. I would definitely come back for more food. This is a true staple in this area and I recommend anybody come here!

My friend and I visited last night. Service was okay and food was good. Huge portions as well. The issue is that both of our cards were charged $5 for a stroller rental at Katy Mills. Neither of us have gone there recently. Given that we both received this charge, it had to have come from the restaurant or our server. I, for one, will not be returning. This is unacceptable. Dine at your own risk.

My experience was good here, until I realized the next day they had charged me twice for my meal. Also noticed a $5 charge on my card after dining here, for a stroller at Katy mills mall… i don’t have kids and I never go to Katy. Brio used to be one of my favorite restaurants sadly I can say I won’t be returning.

Always delicious. I just wish they had “Italian cherries” for their Brio Old Fashion. Maraschino cherries are not Italian and just done cut it.

What a wonderful dining experience! The food was awesome and the service was second to none. Chef Abel was so kind and made sure that we were satisfied with our meal. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone! Thank you!

Sunday evening dinner, first time visitor. We started with the Lobster Bisque which was delicious! I ordered the wedge salad, and my date ordered the Ravioli Di Bello which we shared. Everything was to perfection! Service and ambiance were spot on! Will definitely be back.

**UPDATED REVIEW 2021**2.5 Stars
I hate to have a long review, but it's merited to paint the picture. Brio Tuscan Grille consistently delivers delicious food. From the classic spinach and artichoke dip to the authentic Bolognese everything is delicious. However, today we experienced horribly delayed service throughout our visit. Carlos was wonderful starting out, but after dropping off our drinks we didn't see him for roughly 15 mins which would've been longer had we not gone up to the hostess stand to see if we were still getting service at our table.

Carlos came back so we attempted to give him our appetizer and entree order in the event he got busy or didn't return, however he motioned no after I was about to provide him my entree and walked to the computer to I assume put in our appetizer. We got the app and ate it within 10 mins but again we waited another 15 mins after finishing to flag him down in order to place our entree (it felt like he didn't want us sitting in his section and thus avoided us as he visited other tables). After ordering and getting our entrees we finished only to be left again sitting waiting for him to come back, pick up our plates and ask about dessert or the check. We again flagged him down after graciously waiting 20mins after finishing. He said he'd be back with the check. AGAIN he bounces table to table (2 other tables) for the next 15 mins until he finally sees I'm trying to make eye contact as I motion for the check. Clearly he forgot about us as his facial expression appeared baffled as to why we were still there. We finally got to pay.

The restaurant appeared well staffed both front and back house. The server had two other tables in his section. The restaurant did not appear overly busy as there were many open tables.

I try to give grace these days because of restaurants being short staffed, but when you see your server voluntarily visiting other tables multiple times before you're able to beg for their attention it's clearly very poor customer service. It's sad bc he diminished my husband and I's date anniversary spot.

I got the pasta Brio & honestly I expected something delicious based on how it was described and the pictures, but it was just plain old disappointing. A pasta bowl full of flavorless everything. First & last time I try this food.

We drove from Austin to bring my mom here for lunch. The server Faramax, was rude, short, and dismissive. We asked for the manager, William, who came by the table but didn't stop to address our issue. We explained our food was dry, service was horrible, it took three times to get our check right. It took our party an hour to check out after multiple times explaining what we ordered.

Really slow service! Came for my bday and just was so bad the bartender had to bring out my drinks food was good service so slow I waited more than I enjoyed

The location was nice, be sure to park on the top level to park for FREE. Truly enjoyed our waiter, he was excellent with sharing the dishes of the day. The food and drinks were amazing. I had the minestrone soup, calamari, chicken marsala with asparagus and mashed potatoes. My drink of choice was their Peach Bellini. I also ordered the Crusted Lamb Chops with spinach and mashed potatoes. I truly enjoyed this first time experience. I will most certainly be back.
