Ana our server was wonderful. I love the food here. Reasonably priced. They send out coupons which is fantastic. I really like the vodka pasta dish I chose. Atmosphere is lovely. Next time I'm going to try one of their cocktails. Thanks again Ana!

The service here was phenomenal I had the pleasure of dining with Ro who was excellent! She was very attentive to us at the table and was also very understanding and polite when it came to me trying to figure out my food! I had really wanted Alfredo pasta and thought it wasn’t on the menu.she not only assured me that it could be made but made sure that it was to my liking. Also thank you so much to Ulo who made sure that the chicken that had been missed on my sister‘s plate was brought out. 10/10 to the service here today I will definitely be back around again!

We love Brio and had the best evening dining with Taylor as our server! The food and drinks are always delicious. Taylor was on top of everything and made sure we had anything we needed!

Food came out fast even though the restaurant was busy. We were hungry and devoured the calamari too quickly. Sangrias were refreshing and a must! Our waitress was very attentive and polite. My parents approved and would love to come back.

Taylor was very helpful when ordering wine and sweet personality. Enjoyed having her serve us. Salmon Salad was excellent. We always enjoy Brio.

We had the Best experience at Brio Italian Grill last night. It was a birthday celebration and entire staff made us feel special, especially our waitress Saira and Manager Sean who stopped by our booth several times to make sure we were taken care of! Food was delicious! And drinks were amazing! We will definitely be back!

I've always liked Brio and the service is always impeccable. But much of the allure is disappearing as many of the late night options are no longer there.

Very delicious steak medallions! And when picking dessert, make sure to get Buddy's Cake Boss cake slice! It was so big it made two servings.

First time eating here (Sunday 2/20/22) and the food was prepared well. The staff was courteous and nice to deal with.

Beautiful Italian Restaurant. Also a beautiful patio overlooking waterfalls and trees. I had the lasagne and it was good.

We have been going to Brio in Allen for 10 years now and have always loved it! The mushroom ravioli is my favorite, but when I ordered it this time it was just awful and looked like a microwave dinner. The noodles were over cooked and the seasoning was terrible and too much. The sauce, if you can even say that’s what it was, was almost nonexistent and looked reheated. My husbands steak and sides were really bad too. He couldn’t finish it even though he was still hungry. After 10 years of loving Brio, we will not be going back again. I’m so disappointed.

The food was Amazing! The whole experience from start to finish was great. The waitress Megan was friendly and kind and the Manager Collin came and introduced himself and he was very attentive and frequently made sure that we were good. The prices are fair for the portion size. This was our first visit, however the great food, service and atmosphere has made it one of our now favorite spots. We were very impressed. Thanks Collin and Megan!

I understand some places close early but please for the people who order pickup Togo orders even delivery PLEASE LET US KNOW I only arrived at 9: 50 when the doors were locked, even the curbside phone service was turned off and all the staff was literally leaving. So yah not too happy about that…

We went at 4 pm for lunch and we didn't have a reservation, we thought it wouldn't be possible because it was a high school graduation weekend, however the lady at the front desk was very kind to us and we didn't wait long for our table, all the staff, especially the waitress, were also very helpful, the food was exquisite and on time, the only thing I did not feel satisfied with was the amount of food, it seemed very little and I am a small woman, I am not a big eater quantities but if I found little food especially for the prices of its dishes that are a bit high compared to others of its style … excellent location and parking

The impression of overall atmosphere was great until we got our food. It was not super busy and was a early dinner time, but our food came out so late. Our pasta was too dry, so we ask for more sauce and it was charged without any explanation. My daughter's simple cheese pizza came out way too overcooked and they were not even mentioned a word about it. I will never go back to this place and will not refer to any of my friend.

There were three of us there celebrating a birthday, after work. Divarcus (sp?) was our waiter. He was phenomenal the service was great and the food was even greater!
The atmosphere was nice and not too noisy! Honestly, our table may have been the noisiest with laughter! We had so much fun and "Brio" was the perfect spot to have it! Thank you Divarcus and thank you "Brio" for a birthday well-celebrated!

Lovely atmosphere Italian decor interior. The lobster bisque was heaven. Very good bread and butter. Our server was so cute and pretty. She had great style. Gluten free options, very nice service, the head manager checked in on us he was nice

We came as a party of 4 after a very long work week. Our server Don was absolutely outstanding on so many levels. He took over for us after our waitress mysteriously disappeared. He was extremely knowledgeable of entrees and recommended a few changes and it was amazing. When you come to Brio, ask for Don. You will not be disappointed. His personality is extremely contagious. The food was delicious but visiting with this young brilliant man was the best part of our evening. He can quickly light up a room and you will be intrigued by his persona. This waiter will make any bad day good! Just ask for Don! Incredible experience! Thank you Don!
