Staff is knowledgeable and helpful and will patiently answer multiple questions when Moringa trees appear to be dying or fig transplants are not cooperating with attempts to become a fig farmer. Worth noting, the south store has a huge selection of used gear

Order from amazon. Taking my business elsewhere, no customers allowed in store. Watched a couple told they had to do curbside and they left, didn't have 3 of the products I need, can't find a replacement in the store unless I can see the products you have. All in all lost $250 from me and whatever the other couple would have bought. Troy is driving this business to the ground

They currently are only offering curbside orders which was a bummer because I was excited to check this place out for the first time! Like many others in quarantine I’m trying to step up my gardening game and was interested in learning the world of hydroponics! While I didn’t get to look around as I had hoped when I called the store a gentleman came outside (wearing a mask, taking proper precautions as he should) he gave me a card with information to help me in the meantime on my new learning journey. COVID-19 sucks obviously but he was still very polite and professional which I greatly appreciated. Look forward to the day I can come back and look around but I guess in the meantime I’ll probably attempt a curbside order:)

This is the best place for organic nutrients and fertilizers. All my favorite brands in one place. And the staff is the most helpful, kindest, and knowledgeable. I'd give this place another 5 stars if possible!

They have decent prices, good selection and knowledgeable staff. They will teach and educate you on the growing methods that suits you best! We love coming here for supplies.

Awesome customer service even over the phone and at curbside. I didn't have a big order but they talked me through the process of getting started with my new system. Super excited to go back soon for more

My family thoroughly enjoys this lovely little garden store! We genuinely appreciate these folks for educating us in our backyard ventures in the midst of a crisis. Jeremy was incredibly helpful in designing a system that worked well for us!

Yes I've been shopping at this place for years before they were at this location back when they're over by atomic tattoo I went in and told the young man there that I could get the fox farm dirt cheaper elsewhere he pretty much called me a liar I try to spend my money locally at The Brick and mortars to help keep local businesses and entrepreneurs up and running here in Austin but honestly I can get everything they sell cheaper online I spent $200 on 10 bags of dirt I said to the young man I could use a young Able Body man to assist me and taking these bags of dirt to my car at which point he declined to help me I can get all this stuff delivered right to my door and I don't have to put up with some kid who's arrogant lazy and calls me a liar I'll never step in their store again

Hidden away in a corner of small strip center. Amazing aquaponics systems set up and working. Anything and everything you need -fish food, grow mediums, plants, +. Very knowledgeable staff.

I got here 15min after they opened but the door is locked and no one is here, called the number and the answering machine says “please enter your remote access code”?

This location is easy to find, entry and exit from the parking lot is not an issue. Really friendly staff.
