If there were a 0 star that's what they would get. I brought them all my medical records and prescription the first of January. Never heard a word. Went back about March12th. They couldn't find one piece of paper I brought in and I was not in the system even. The day I went in all the ladies up front were eating, infact they were more interested in stuffing their faces than waiting on a customer. Well here I sit 3 1/2 months later with no supplies. Never waste your time with these unorganized fools! I am calling my insurance to find a different provider. If your insurance goes to Med Plus across the Street from here go there they are awesome!

We have worked with Kalen to get a CPAP machine and she has been professional, courteous and always very prompt with her service and care. I can’t really speak for price comparisons with other companies, but she has worked hard to help us get the most out of our insurance and equipment.

The folks at BritKare waited for me to arrived even though I would be arriving after closing time. They stayed 30 minutes extra. They demonstrated the product we were looking to purchase. They gave us many suggestions and tips on how to accomplish our goals with this specific health care situation. Thank you!

Very disappointed in the service I received from this company. They cannot follow up with calls and will not take care of something when they tell you they will. I would not recommend them to anyone in need especially someone disabled. They have totally wasted my time.
