I come there after read the review, and here the worst experience ever!
i had a permanent hair straight, but the result was FRIZZY AND DRY HAIR! The staff so incompetent and he messed up my hair.i never had a bad experience like this in my life at salon.
Definitely will not come back.very not recommended.
I end up going to another salon, and fixed this.

I’ve given them two chances to color my hair. The first time - I came in with dark brown hair. I asked for blonde high lites. Ended up with my hair looking exactly the same, dark brown with barely any high lites. Second time - asked for blonde high lites. Ended up with gray-ish hair with white strips. The ladies are incredibly nice, however I’m not sure they truly understand what the customer is requesting for. I’m now having to set up another appointment somewhere else to fix my “gray” hair. I do not recommend for hair coloring or high lites.

I came in wanting a strawberry/honey blonde balayage. After having the developer on the back of my hair for 30 minutes, she finally started working on the sides. Needless to say my hair is fried beyond repair. When I saw the completed hair, I literally started crying. The damage was instantly visible and the color was nearly silver. In an effort to appease me, she had her associate but color shampoo on it to get to the splotchy hair you see now. After all of this, they discounted $20 off a $200+ job. This is 2 days later WITH Keratin smoothing products by Paul Mitchell on my hair. The damage is so bad I will likely have to cut my hair short. Do not make the same mistake I did with trusting these people. Even with picture references!

For my first time it was amazing! I asked for the wolf cut cuz its trending on tiktok lol, and the lady did it so good! I mean wow I looked pretty nice and I didn't know I could look like that

5/6 people walked out and refused to pay the 150$ they charged everyone who walked in the door.one girls hair came out green when she walked outside and they told her there was no time to fix it.they bleached mine without telling me and charged me $220 save your money ️

If you are looking for professional service Sam is your go to guy! Always very attentive of all his customers, new or old. Easy as walking in or setting up an appointment and going at your selected time. Been going since my high-school days and I'm 33 now. Great family business!

Tried this place 3 times since it’s so close to home, affordable and well reviewed. Every time I get home my wife tells me what a terribly choppy and messed up gator cut I have gotten.
This was the last straw. Friendly stylist but he didn’t even provide a clean back to my neck line, with long tails on both sides. Totally done with this studio and hope they’ll take more care with customers’ hair.

Sam and his wife have been cutting my family's hair for over 15 years. They do a really good job at a very fair price.

I have given it a couple of chances to see if i can get a better experience but they are always rushing customers, no knowledge of what the customer wants even if it is something very simple like a “just the ends”. Definitely do not recommend, not even for simple hair cuts. Please take your money somewhere else where they are more polite and not always in a rush.

Long hair must be combed/brushed from the bottom up, even if it’s straight.
I went there and the lady put a lot of product to detangle my hair (which my hair doesn’t need), takes the brush and sticks it at the very top of my head and pushes her way down making it even more detangled! Then she went back up at the roots and forced her way down again. I just could hear the strands breaking and lost my patience.
The price is good, results are as expected but the combing technique is very bad for long hair.
You shouldn’t need scalp anesthesia to have your long hair brushed!

Hands down, the WORST haircut & color I’ve ever had. Do not spend your time or money here.

First time customer and was really disappointed after reading so many great reviews. Went in for a basic bob haircut, and older lady didn't speak English very well. I'm usually good with accents. She asked if we wanted layers, told her no. She was very quick and when she got to front, she cut in layers. When I reminded her we didn't want layers, she said it was fine. No, it's actually not.

I would recommend Holly for haircut. Manager also seemed professional and polite. All around great service.
