Me and my mother are so happy to comeback to these apartments. Specially for the excellent service that Dora has given us. Dora needs a recognition for outstanding customer service and support. She went above and beyond for making us feel right at home since we started our application. Thank you so much for everything, Dora. There should be more people like her in the world. The apartments are nice. The application process was smooth and easy. Happy to be part of the Brittany Place community.

Pros: Apartment overall is good if your looking for something cheap and reasonable. Leasing office employees and maintenance men are okay people

Cons: Same Problems the whole 15months of my lease, AC Unit in Master bathroom leaks dirty all over the sink and mirror, they fix it for a day or 2 and then it will start again. My neighbor pisses outside, i complain and they wont do anything. Mosquitoes always get inside your home from the patio seals and front door steps and passage ways never being cleaned. Cars are constantly broken into

It's a good area great school, but had my catalytic converter cut out in the parking lot no cameras so that was that.just started getting roaches apparently the downstair neighbors passed to us when they moved and the a/c during the summer was set at 70 but would get up to 96 at its highest doesn't start cooling off till about 8 or 9 pm I work out of town and just had a new born so I would have my wife and kids stay at the inlaws if it was too hot so they could get a good night's sleep had maintenance come out about it a couple of times but AC will still get to mid 80 even on a coolish day as it's still set to 70. Upstairs units are like a small oven due to design. Two Metro stops in the front of apartments which lets random Sketchy people walk through the apartments.pools great though

My move in date is set for August 31st but so far the process to apply and to sign the lease has been so smooth and easy. Dora took such good care of me from the moment i called to inquiry, to signing my lease and touring my apartment.it’s been so stress free and easy and I’m very grateful! Would recommend

I loved living here, though the leasing manager lied to my roommate and me so that we would have to move out for her to receive a bonus for getting a termination of lease fee out of us. She told us that they had our apartment leased and it would have to be vacated. Four months later, I went by to ask my former neighbor, Mary, if anyone had moved into the apartment. She said no and that the leasing manager was apparently chasing tenants out in droves. It sounds as though she may just be trying to line her own pocket. Current and prospective tenants beware her highly predatory tactics, and please learn Texas renter's laws. The only way you can take this monster on is by understanding your legal rights and putting your foot down. She will try to take advantage of you every step of the way.

Nice apartments close to the heights for a fair price, Dora is so helpful! Cannot wait to move in with my son!

The property manager told my boyfriend and I that $1700 for a one bedroom was the best that "your kind of people" could hope for. It's 2023, get over yourself.

I’m not sure who the receptionist is who answers phones but she isn’t very assuring nor assisting. She doesn’t sound like she knows what’s going on what task is being asked of her. Also doesn’t take call back numbers to reach back out and assist the person at need. I believe her name is Dora if I’m not mistaken

Great customer service! My mom and I had been looking for apartments for weeks. I toured the apartment and ended up signing the lease later that day! Dora is so genuine, friendly, and professional. I got an amazing price on my lease. The apartment is so clean and spacious. Amazing apartments!

Currently have lived here with my husband and now 2 children since February 2020. No place is perfect, but for the amount that you pay, the location and so far the nice neighbors we have met; this place has treated us well. The property manager Asminda has taken the time to hear our concerns and we are currently moving to a different unit in the complex—as we are not ready to leave yet, but were unhappy with the current unit. The maintenance gentlemen are also always respectful and helpful. Thank you to the kind staff at Brittany Place!
