We bought a property and built a drainage system that needed approval by the city of Katy. I reached out to Zelena and her team to help us get this process done. Her team was quick to perform the inspection, pull the permit and complete the permit process for the city. We experienced issues and delays from the city administration’s office. But, Zelena advocated for us, followed up with the city several times, and made things happen. We are grateful to them for supporting us through all this process and making a stressful situation smoother and easier for all of us. 100% recommended.

I called them bright and early on a Monday morning, as soon as they opened, hoping to get an estimate done on the same day, as I already had an appointment scheduled with a different plumbing company for the following day. Not only did Britton fit me in on the same day, but they also completed the repair on the same day. In speaking with both David and Zelena, they both cared about ensuring I received the right service, at an affordable price. This is important to note because the plumbing company I initially had planned to do the service only gave me the option to reroute my drain line rather than to clear the clog that was causing the leak.

In an attempt to not make this a super lengthy review, basically the previous company only presented me with a permanent fix at an expensive cost, rather than presenting me with an option to fix the leak in its current state and then looking and a long term solution. The two guys that came out for Britton told me I had a clog in my drain line, which was causing the leak. They offered/suggested to clear the clog (immediate fix) and then provided me with a solution to ensure if I ever have a clog again, my drain line would leak through the proper channels rather than leak in the walls of my attic. Again, clearing the clog was never an option presented by the other company.

Working with Britton not only saved me thousands of dollars but they also gained a lifetime customer. I still can't believe they were able to schedule me in to quote and fix my plumbing issue on the same day - without charging an extra fee as seen with other companies.

Britton Waterworks is the most customer service oriented plumbing company I have ever used. They were extremely knowledgeable about my plumbing issues and explained to me exactly what was wrong in terms that I could understand. They also didn't try to sell me services that I didn't need like other companies I have used in the past. I’m extremely pleased with the service I received today. I was distraught over not being able to have a hot water tank installed expeditiously for my elderly tenants for 3 days working with my home warranty. After much dialogue, talks of warranty policy and procedure and disrespect by them it was obvious I needed to take reigns for the install. Contacted several other companies but none could do it within the next 3-4 days and closed on weekends. BrittonWaterworks worked diligently to locate the unit I needed and had it installed within 27 hours! Although they made no guarantees of a next day install they came through. They kept me informed of steps taken along the way and assured me they would get it done if there was any way possible. My stomach was in knots but I had to trust their word. What a team! They got it done in record time. My unit is on the second floor. They protected my carpet and stairwell. Tenants are happy they only had to be without hot water 3 days rather than 7-10 as warranty insisted. Landlord pleased to recommend this company.

Yes, there are handymans or different companies.but since I met Britton waterworks, I deleted all the previews contacts. They took care of my house and my family home even when they were packed.
