Broadmoor, Houston TX

We just moved here like 3 months ago and I can’t wait for our lease to end, hot water it’s always having problems, they charge to pick up your trash and don’t even do it everyday, there’s cat and dog poop everywhere in the grass, our apt was dirty when we moved in so think before moving in here

The Broadmoor is an amazing community to live at! I love the location, the maintenance guys and friendly staff! I highly recommend!

They never have hot water I hate this place! I just moved in and can’t wait for my lease to finish already

You will regret moving in this building, the building is very old needs lots of maintenance, Management is too cheap to hire more than one maintenance guy so therefore any maintenance issues you have will take forever to get results for example I moved into a new unit in the dishwasher was sitting in the middle of my living room Which took them months to come get out after I repeatedly told them I wanted it gone. Seems like they’re always changing rules and regulations at the very last minute with last-minute update and then expect you to deal with the inconvenience. Don’t get me started with ROACHES. I’m very clean but still see roaches throughout my apt. Also be prepared for the Maintenance guy to knock on your door at 10 something at night to tell you not to use your water because it’s overflowing in the next unit. In closing management is not there to make you comfortable they are there to make your life even more miserable

This place is absolutely amazing. The floor plans are spacious. The The managers on down to the leasing agents are professional and the care about your well being while living at the Broadmoor! Go there and lease your new home!

Can't wait to leave after the contract is up. Caught 8 mice and rats, digging under the building for whatsoever reason and not filling it back up didn't help this, the staircase hurts to walk up thanks to it being ready to fall down. If it does before I get to leave I'll just sue this darn place. The staff is very friendly, but don't recommend here thanks to the quality of the building, ground it's on, thus attracting animals, unsafe, etc. As well, so many people don't use a darn leash. If one gets kicked in the head before I leave, not my fault. Enjoy that lawsuit too. And the mail service plain out sucks. I've recieved plenty of my neighbors mail, and something my great grandmother sent me, USPS said delivered, so wrong place. And now a higherup accused me rudely of leaving a damn trash bag somewhere, yet it was probably one of the many people who do drugs here. Certainly wouldn't be the first time. Can't wait for the year to be up. And I'll probably sue them for overcharging me for months and "not realizing it. " Thus stealing. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at all.

Maintenance doesn't make repairs, do alot of patchwork. Our apartment hasn't been upgraded or even carpet cleaned.

Not doing work on property properly taking weeks now for maintenance to come repair damages which were herr before we moved in 2016

I move here one year ago, I renew for one more year I live in a townhouse so far I don't have any problem with neighbors or something like that, is a new management they are so nice to me, Just hoping if they can fix some of the things need to fix they start already for sure my appliances need an update they were very old when I move I just keep waiting it takes time, thank you.

I came in and parked in the visitors parking as I waited for my friend to get home from the store. I was literally doing absolutely nothing in my car when a short woman with glasses walked up and asked if i lived there. I said no and she proceeded to say she was going to call the police for trespassing and started to say the pool was only for residents. Keep in mind i never said i was going to the pool. I told her i was waiting for my friend to get home because she was having a party and she walked back to the office but kept looking at me through the window. After a few minutes i get down to stand by my friends door and the lady comes again and starts taking pictures of my license plate! I walked over to her and told her she couldn't be doing that and she said "Oh yes i can because I called the cops already " and told me i had to leave. The lady was really rude when i was doing nothing bad! I was there for a party! That short lady with glasses should be fired!
