Broadstone Apartments, Tyler TX

We were looking for apartment to move into we walked in asked the manager can we see the apartment she said I need the money first. Do you buy a car without test driving it? NO! So walked out and found the Fox Run Apartments such a difference automatically they asked would like a tour. Thank you! Clean, smelled good. Recommend it

Wouldn’t bother putting any time or money into this place! There’s honestly no such thing as management, everyone is just money hungry. You can’t get into contact with no one over email, telephone, through the website and it’s a rare occasion when someone is actually in office. No such thing a pool, as pictures on website do look beautiful. Units have many problems with repairs, bugs and issues. They add ridiculous extra fees, and continue to up charge on their prices. I’m surprised this complex hasn’t gone vacant yet with how horrible this place is.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE - REPAIRS TICKETS NEVER GET FIXED, AC DOES NOT COOL THE APARTMENT, BATHROOM LEAK REPORTED FOR 2 WEEKS STILL NOT FIXED AND FLOODED THE BATHROOM AND RUINED MANY PERSONAL ITEMS. HAD TO SPRAY FOR BUGS MYSELF BECAUSE NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP BATH PLUG DOES NOT WORK THEY ONLY TIME ANYONE SHOWED UP AND THEY LEFT A NEW PLUG ON THE COUNTER

This place is terrible, especially after Joshua left. Leaking, and holey roofs, way outdated AC units that couldn't cool a shoebox on their best day, roaches, rats, water damage that is just painted over, constantly backed up sewer lines. And to top it off I had lived in 264 an upstairs apartment, due to the cheapskate owner's lack of desire to properly fix things I ended up falling through the landing on the steps. Avoid this worthless dump at all cost. Alpha Barnes management company is a joke, and a giant cheapskate.

We have had no running water since December 23rd. Meaning we can't shower, use the toilet, wash dishes, do laundry, and we have to give our pets bottled water to drink, which gets expensive. All during the holidays. From December 23-26, currently, I have, personally, worked over 30 hours during this time. I haven't seen a plumber on site since the 23rd. Our ENTIRE apartment complex is without water, and it seems no one is doing anything about it!

This place is a JOKE. The management has been a JOKE since Joshua left. A/C hasn’t worked IN OVER A YEAR. Been given the run around about the repairs just to be told it’ll be fixed once my lease is up. Also infested with roaches. Never change the A/C filter. They can pay for cameras but can’t have people units up and running properly. HILARIOUS! Don’t recommend ANYONE coming to this complex.
