Broadstone Bryson, Leander TX

Just been here a couple weeks. The apartment is great. But the staff is what really stands out. Briana, Belton, Silivia answered every question and met all our needs and requests. And Isaac is a great ambassador. Highly recommend Broadstone Bryson.

Me an my husband just moved here in a two bedroom/ two bath an the more we start to look at our unit. The construction crew did not fully complete there work inside. So before you move here take a good look at everything before you sign that lease do a walk through before. Especially you will see that you have grout lines and caulking lines not finished the work is crazy half done the plumbing is horrible.
All baseboards have either missed spots from touch ups or just not finished. Our dish washer is broken an no team member or maintenance have let us know when the dish washer will get fixed or when warranty will come out to fix all the dish washers. In our opinion this is not a animal friendly place there are coyotes and very limited places for your animal to go to bathroom also the pet screening does not help it makes it more of a hassle for anyone that has a animal. Parking is limited there is not alot of parking once this place fills up! I can imagine not
alot of parking.

We are recent residents here at the Broastone Bryson. So far we are enjoying our new home. We have the 2 bed 2 bath and absolutely love our home. It’s definitely one of the nicest properties in Leander.
Belmont was our leasing agent and he is the best at his job. From the first day we met him, he made us feel very welcomed. He is very friendly, patient and truly cares about helping you find your new home.
The only request, is to have bike racks outside, coffee machine and affordable car garage space.

Great place, I'm just settling in, but I'm loving this place and area so far! I look forward to creating new memories and experiences here thank you guys for everything!

My wife and I recently moved into the community and we are so grateful we chose Broadstone Bryson.
First, Belmont gave us a great tour and was extremely helpful in picking out the right unit for my wife and I's needs.
Second, the staff was helpful in answering all questions we had as we were preparing for our move.
Third, on the day of our move-in Bri was super helpful and made the process as seamless as possible.
On top of amazing staff, the community has great amenities including a great pool, a nice wellness facility, and plenty of outdoor lounging facility. The rooms are well designed and have nice new appliances.
Lastly, the community is close enough to commute to work in Austin, easily reach all the shopping and dining, but far enough away to really feel like you are out in the hill country with beautiful views.

Moved recently into this community and it is absolutely a very nice and calm community. Brianna is the leasing agent assisted us in finding a right unit matching our needs and also the rest of the staff were very friendly too. Amenities are a bonus. For sure I recommend this community.

My husband and I just recently moved into our apartment. Audrey was our main contact that helped us with getting all the paperwork abd information on the complex. She was amazing and very helpful. The whole process was quick and smooth. Bri was the one who gave us our keys and a tour of our new home. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful.

Me and my wife recently moved in to this beautiful, brand new apartment complex.

Everything is brand new with a decent monthly rent. The staff here is fantastic very friendly and humble. My leasing agent was Briana she was absolutely a gem, spent almost 4-5 hours with us touring the apartments and giving all the information needed. Also, we were in need of apartment to move in very quickly less than 2 days and she made sure to follow up with me to expedite the application process following up on documents required and etc to give the keys in 2 days after we submitted the application process.

The apartments are spacious with excellent private patio. Excellent amenities with pool side party area, fire pit, 10 AM to 10 PM pool service, gym and a Business center with working desks for pals who works from home. It is a gated community outsiders cannot enter with out access to the gates, visitors must call in to enter in to the community. Decent size parking spots. Parking garage is available for additional monthly payment check with the leasing agent.

Leased 15 months, hoping to have a great time here.

I have to say this property has some of the nicest people I have come across when it has come to my touring process. The property tours I did were great and the property is truly beautiful.

This property is the perfect hill country escape, with direct accessibility to Austin! The amenities are incredible, in unit features are second to none, and the property is staffed by the most amazing leasing agents I’ve ever encountered! They worked with me every step of the way in leasing my apartment, and most importantly treated me with fairness and kindness, such as you would see in a close friend! Their management has been incredible, any issue I’ve had has been resolved within 24 hours. Every aspect of the property is well maintained to the highest standard. I could go on and on about how amazing this property is, but this review would turn into a short novel! Stop by and see it for yourself! Belmont Shaw is the man with the plan, he will take very good care of you, as will everyone else here!

Well built, well located, beautiful apartment community that does not feel like your commodity product. What really sets this place apart is the management, who are not only sophisticated and professional, but genuinely nice people. Sylvia, Belmont, and Audrey have been the people I have interacted with and they have all been a pleasure to work with and very helpful. They were also understanding when I had an issue with my truck fitting in a garage and removed the garage from my lease, even though it was my fault. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a quiet, new complex in Leander.

I am so happy with this community. It really is luxurious, from the resort style pool to the amazing gym and then the kitchen island/ updated appliances…I am enjoying it so much! Not to mention the office staff are all super friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a new apartment!

So far no complaints. Place is beautiful. Love that they’re new and no one else has been in my apartment but me. Very quiet. Only concern is when they start filling up what parking will be like.

Great location and great people. Everyone, including the staff, are very friendly which my dog loves because she loves to say hi to everyone. Great for dogs because there are a ton of sidewalks and grass area for them to walk on around the complex. Any concerns, the staff takes care of it right away and is always willing to help.

It’s a pleasure for me to live in this brand new luxury apartments with very things included. Thanks to Mrs Sylvia Patterson (senior manager) for making my move in so easy. I love to give her hug anytime I walk into the leasing office because she’s really deserves it.

Audrey is AMAZING! This place is awesome. You should definitely rent here for sure management is wonderful.
