Broadstone Grand Parkway, Katy TX

I am very comfortable in Breoadstone parkway, it's my 5th year here, it's real home to me, it's very safe, and very secure for family and kids, and I love it

The reviews are FAKE don’t be fooled. They literally give prizes for residents to leave “good reviews”. Roaches are everywhere. Dog poop all over the grass. Dumpsters are always overflowing and there are stray cats every where!

'Management' is condescending and so full of herself. She speaks to you like TRASH and looks down on the residents. She's merely there for a pay check.

Save yourself. Add a couple hundred to your budget and move across the street.

I’ve been loving in this complex more than 1 year so far and it’s been good experience, the staff and the team who work here are kind and supportive when any questions come up and the building is near to everything to be honest and have access to pool, a gym and if you need and area to spend whit love ones there’s also a big room that could be rent it for a day, there’s always space for improvement like always on any complex but this administration is doing the things the proper way

I lived here for 1 year and I have never dealt with so many roaches. Pest control coming at least once a month did nothing. Neighbors are very nice but I would definitely not recommend

The staff were really helpful! Inside the apartment was clean and there wasn’t any damage from previous occupants!

Great location and close to the main freeways and outlet malls! The apartments have everything you need and maintenance request works fast and solve any situation with the unit. My only suggestion is to update the gym, there is not too much to do there because machines are not working or has trash everywhere.

My family and I are comfortable and happy to live in this place, it is quiet and safe. The staff is friendly and always attend to the needs that have arisen.
The maintenance staff is very attentive and respectful.
We are strategically located, close to schools and other shopping centers.

Nice place to live. Everything is great living here. My neighbors are nice and the complex is well kept up. The front office is nice and address all my concerns. I like it here so far for me and my family.

Been here for 3 yrs just about and still enjoy the area and only thing I would change is more parking.other then that it's great.

I have lived here for a long time and it is quiet, everything is close by. The Current Manager is very attentive to making sure everything works, the maintenance staff is very helpful. Recommended.

Really enjoy living here the price cannot be beat! They are speedy with maintenance and the office staff is always so helpful and willing to work with anything you need. Definitely recommend if you want a nice, safe, quiet, place to live. Oh and your doggos will love it the dog park is soo cute.
