Horrible, non stop roaches since I got here, and they won’t let me off my lease unless I pay over $2k

Great atmosphere, everyone is very super friendly and make you feel like your apart of a family, and the resident events are dope!

Friendly staff and convenient location. Didn’t have the floor plan I wanted but definitely would have been willing to reside here.

After 1 year living here…I only can say don’t move here, from the first day in the visit, they told us that they are going to paint, change the carpets, buy new furniture…and it never happened! It’s funny because everyday when I see a new visit, the management says the same story…. And did you see the floor of the pool? So much to improve in this place!

It’s five month going on, so far so good!

The only reason I am considering to leave is beacuse of stupid fetch thing! I have no idea how much this company pays the residential places, but it costs more than what fetch pays to them!

Just moved a few months ago from CA. Very dissappointed. Unfortunely I couldn't see the complex in person, did everything online. Got what I wanted, the interior of the apt is as shown on the plans. But, everything else is false advertisement. All features and ammenities shown are in very very poor conditions. Even though they keep saying forever they will remodel soon. From pool, to business rooms, social room, NO Golf, very deteriorated furniture, and staff is friendly, too friendly that they don't care people having parties of more than 50 people at the pool late at night, people smoking pot in common areas, people without pets on their leash, etc. They just don't care when residents break the rules. They just issue fines i guess. Can't wait to get outta of here, even though is a great location. Following photos.hall conditions been like that for year

Worst place in Houston by far! Looks can be deceiving so be aware! They shut off your water without a notice! Very bad and negligent management, once you sign that lease you’re on your own! Lake smells and an abundance of gnats and mosquitoes! Trash compactor is broken and leaks decomposed trash waste onto the main staircase creating a real hazardous situation to all tenants!
Pool is breaking apart with big chunks of tile and concrete falling from their place. Will be moving out soon!

These are premium Houston apartments near the Galleria with features including a large pond with ducks and wild life, trash valet service, pools, gyms, and massage rooms.

Awesome Office staff. Inviting and clean presentation property. Warm and home like for a single woman! Love it 10/10 recommended

I've got to share this hidden gem! I absolutely love Broadstone Post Oak. The location is just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the Mall and everything else you need. The beautiful grounds area with lakeview to enjoy a scenic walk with duckies. Plus, as a young lady, I appreciate it's gated and a safe community. I had the most pleasant experience with the office personnel. Terrie Booth was extremely helpful and professional.the way she answered the millions of questions I had and even followed up to make sure I was settled into my new home, I really appreciate. Thank you Terrie:)

Property very maintained/clean/staff is pleasant knowledable/helpful.would definitely recommend to friend and family
