Such a disappointing service. Despite having direct deposit, I still get charged fees. The ‘award winning mobile app” is awful. The online system is always offline or otherwise not working (especially since early 2020.) the automatic customer Service line reminds me how important my call is (about every 15 seconds) but otherwise is completely useless.
I got charged an insufficient funds fee on my account when I shouldn't have been. I went in, I was taken care of right away. They reversed the fee and I was good to go in less than 5 minutes. The customer service is amazing here. Always greeting customers with a smile. I'm glad I switched to Broadway Bank!
Broadway is not willing to give you a car loan even when you have been a customer there for 20 years! I have been their customer for 20 years, and I was pre-approved for a loan with them, and they would not give me the money because I had not gone to the RIGHT dealer! They have a special list which they do NOT share with you the customer to make sure you go to the RIGHT dealer so you can actually get your money, and I made the mistake to go to a wrong dealer! Can you imagine. I would have the gall to choose someone else. Why does the dealer have anything to do with a car loan I am making with the bank? AND, they don't tell you till you have spent hours and hours with them waiting. It took 3 hours on a Friday afternoon AFTER being pre-approved for a car loan to be told NO. So I went to RBFCU and they were willing to work with the dealer. Goodbye Broadway!
