Broadway Bank - City Base Landing Financial Center, San Antonio TX

So after banking with these people for 4 years and getting my credit score the highest its ever been. They sent me an application for a credit card. Then I was denied im like wow the nerve. Very insulting I wasn't even given a lower limit to prove myself. A secured creditcard was offered I could have got that before 4 years I could have been offered a 100 dollar credit line but no. Well safe to say im going to bank with someone else who wants to assist me in my credit building journey. Where's the customer loyalty.

Will no longer be banking with BB, hopefully Security Service Credit Union has better employees that here.

Horrible service. I came here to open a business account and they gave me the run around. It seems the manager didn’t want to open the account for me. She kept going to the back with my documents. She then told me that she couldn’t open an account for me because she couldn’t verify my info and tried to imply my document were fake. They made me feel horrible. I called the irs in front of them to have to irs tell them that what’s on my paper was correct and then she opened the account.
