Broadway Eye Center, Garland TX

They were all so sweet and patient. I was in there for 35mins. Quickest I've ever been at an eye doctor.

Great time. And an amazing staff. 10 out of 10 or 5 out of 5 how ever you want to look at it. Top notch all the way.

Regarding the secretaries, I would like them to be a little more friendly, especially the older one who is behind the young lady, she made me feel uncomfortable with her comments when she brought alcohol to the room and put on a mask saying you never know!
Let him settle down a bit and get used to the place he is working.

Dr. Joseph is an excellent physician and as caring an individual as I have ever met. She sincerely is devoted to her profession and her patients. I highly recommend her.

Great experience. Super helpful staff. I came with my 10 month old and 7 year old. Staff stepped in to help with my son’s eye exam. Super patient and gentle with my son.

Just moved to Texas a few months ago, I had a great eye doctor in Virginia, and now I have found a great eye doctor in Dallas, staff is very friendly and doctor was very helpful, he answered all my questions and took the time to listen to all my symptoms and was very helpful. I won’t be going no where else.

Excellent practice, they got me an appointment much faster than I was expecting. Dr. Shaina Joseph was very thorough finding the right fit for my contacts. Front desk staff are excellent and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Ashley was extremely rude to me and my insurance representative. The representative was simply advising Ashley that there is no co-pay for a preventive annual exam. Ashely was upset that BCBS called and didn’t understand why she was telling her this information. Ashley said I owe $70.00 for an exam that should cost me $0.00. Apparently Broadway Eye Center doesn’t want or need my business. Extremely rude person and will definitely go somewhere else where they appreciate their customers!

Dr. Joseph is one of the best doctors. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Explains well about the treatment options. One of the best doctors you can chose.

The staff was friendly and the doctor is amazing! The doctor is very helpful and made sure that I understood everything regarding my eyes. Definitely recommend this office to anyone!
