Brooklyn's Best Pizza & Pasta, Arlington TX

Fantastic pizza! When all the bad weather hit Grand Praire we stumbled upon Brooklyns Best Pizza & Pasta (not the pie place). “ Slice Delivery Service” told is we’d have a (3) three hour wait. Given the bad roads and weather we decided we were good with that.

About 2.75 hours later “ Slice” said the order could not be delivered. Needless to say we were upset because now we would not get anyone to deliver this late in the day.

At 3 hours our phone rings-the guy was looking for our house number- the delivery made it after-all!

Sooooo delicious! So thrilled we found a new pizza place.

Pizza was average, not great. Young lady who took my order over the phone said it would be ready in 35-40 minutes. When I showed up and paid for my order, another girl said it would be a few minutes. I watched for the next 25 minutes as folks came in, paid, then walked out with their order. Finally, I asked if mine was ready yet. The first girl (who confirmed my order when I got there and saw me waiting) turned around and found it sitting on top of the oven. (This was an hour after I called the order in.) I asked why they had me sitting around for 20 minutes; neither girl could muster anything more than a mumbled “sorry” and blank stare. No attempt to make it right, no offer to let me speak to a manager. (Whoever the manager was — one of the only two adults on site — seemed more interested in building pizza boxes and making salads than interacting with customers.)

I go out of my way to support smaller “mom & pop” business, but entities that lack the ability to train their employees properly or add above-average customer service to slightly higher prices should die on the vine and fade away. There are far better business who deserve our support and money.

The pasta was great and the bread that came with it was absolutely phenomenal. Highly recommend!

I love this place! The food is always hot and fresh! I order the pinwheels EVERY TIME! Awesome service and awesome food! Definitely my go to place! I’m there at least once a week! New to the area and brought my family here and was blown awau by the service. Food was delicious and the owner was a really friendly guy. You can tell this place really loves their customers. Will be back anytime i need my pizza fix!

Went there first time with my friends, split a whole pizza and canole, was amazing! No regrets! Amazing staff, amazing taste, amazing setting. Will definitely return.

Homemade and fresh my first time trying it. I love it the salad and the chicken Alfredo pasta was too die for. Yes man as the cashier, I definitely will be back! Just as you said

We popped in to order some pizza by the slice and salad. The salad was very fresh and the mozzarella was amazing. I got 2 slices of cheese and I am now hooked. 2 thumbs up!

Neat little place around the corner that’s owned by people who genuinely care about the customers and the food quality. I’ve been here on multiple occasions and have yet to be disappointed. Keep in mind that they make New York style pizza so two or three slices go a long way.

The pizza is not as good as beks Nizza Pizza but it's okay if you just want a big slice of pizza

Support the local business folks. Great pizza. Don't let family business lose over franchise or you will all be eating Dominos.

Ordered wings, mushrooms, and a stromboli. Wings were really tasty, and the mushrooms order was a lot. The stromboli was okay. I will try a pizza by the slice next time.

My favorite place for pizza! The pinwheels are so delicious! My favorite pizza to get is the alfredo pizza! Overall great pizza!

Food was great! Staff was super friendly and courteous. The chef was very welcoming. It is a bit of a drive, but it was worth it!

If I eat here again I may just have to move in the food is delicious is right on point I would recommend a meal here with your family the atmosphere is great give them a try.

Brooklyn's is a cozy little place.very family oriented. The people that work here are warm and friendly. And let's face it they have great food!

Heard about this place from several friends out here in West Texas. I ordered a Chicken Alfredo & it was absolutely delicious, best I've had in a very long time.
