I had a great experience inside the store. But after I put my groceries into my vehicle, I began to return my grocery cart, and there was a strange man who then started to approach me. He also turned to see if anyone was coming out of the store. Maybe 2 seconds later, a guy came out. I then got the man that was existing out of the store attention, and the strange man proceeded to go in a different direction.

Not a big variety on name brands or on off brands but the store is adequate clean and friendly

Great asset to small town. Some prices are higher than others but the convenience is well worth it.

I have never been treated like this in your store. As I was waiting in line for my turn, the cashier was involved in conversation with the guy customer ahead of me, and the once that transaction was done and he left, she strikes up a conversation with the guy behind me. Never once did destiny say one word to me. No hello, no total, no have a great day, not a word. Just handed me my receipt and kept talking to the guy behind me and the employee bagging. I'm in retail also, and I'm sure this is not what you want to hear, but the customer service I received today was a total fail!

Online it says that store is open until 9PM. I pulled up at 8: 37PM and for some reason they were closing early at 8: 30PM. As I was getting out of the car the employees told me they were closed, I said ok thank you.just seconds later, another customer pulls up and employee asked him.what do you need honey? And let him walk into store. ‍️

Don't like this place, Everytime I used to pick up something it would be old they don't check the dates on most of the things.ans and it cost alot more for any items I don't ever go there anymore. I will drive 25 minutes away to do my shopping.

Just moved to Teague and this is a smaller grocery store but had everything we were looking for at a decent price.

The fruit and vegetables haven't been looking good lately and the prices seem higher on everything

Great grocery store, supper nice staff also very helpful. Especially mrs Pursuer long time employee.

My favorite place to buy groceries. But I miss Alisa the heavy set lady with the blonde hair is not friendly. And a bad sacker

I can't begin to express my gratitude for this store during the COVID-19 pandemic. Jason, the manager, his team and locals have gotten together to serve the elderly and those at risk in our community. They have gone above and beyond and are examples of how a business and community can come together in times of crisis. I hope the executives at Brookshires take notice of this store and their excellent service!

Love the people that work here, so helpful and friendly. Thank you to the whole staff. Y'all make it much easier to get groceries.
