Brookshire's, Kilgore TX

This one in kilgore is always neat and clean. The layout and choices of food are different from the one in Longview on Gilmer road. I really enjoy going in there.

Store always has friendly employees, store is always clean, shelves are always kept stocked up. If you can't find something, the employees will go out of their way to check to see if they have it in the back stock.

Was in the store dec 11. Saw some people bring in a huge dog on a leash. Dog was pulling at leash running everywhere. Definitely NOT a service dog. Dogs do not belong in A grocery store. The FDA prohibits animals in places that sell food as it is unsanitary. I will report to the FDA if i continue to see this. No one needs to bring animals in a store unless its a service dog. This clearly was not a service dog!

This area needs an HEB. Brookshires is way too expensive because there is little to no competition in the area and they have always taken advantage of that and their customers.

Always some good sales going on, friendly staff, and your shopping points you can redeem for gas, just wish they didn't expire in a month

We were the last shoppers in the store and first time ever we got everything we needed without feeling pressure from staff telling us the time is near closing. The staff was very kind and very quick checkout also help save $25.00 at checkout. Store is very clean good job!

Love love LOVE this Brookshire's. Top 3 no doubt. In and out. Prices are great, fuel is the bomb and I even moved my RX there because F Walmart.

The lady that works in the meat department was very helpful. The cashier lady was very friendly and the elderly gentleman was going to take our groceries out when I politely refused because it was storming. I didn't want him to get wet. Another man can to help and again we refused. We were going to get wet anyway, no since in them getting wet also. But, they really wanted to help us. That makes a huge difference. Way to go guys!

Love brookshires in Kilgore I gave only because the meat counter is not the best the fish I bought was mushy and the prime steaks not prime at all very disappointed especially considering the prices they have otherwise great place

Over all a good experience, cool and clean with friendly and helpful staff. Fruit and veggies are top quality. Has great meat selection. Need to come to Kilgore and enjoy shopping

Brookshire’s is our go-to when we want to get in and out without a hassle. They are rarely out of stock on the things that are on our list, and the service is always excellent. So glad to our hometown friendly alternative to “W” mart!

I shop here for my produce and they always have fresh fruits and veggies that look and taste as they should. Loving the new self checkout registers too!

Went in there to place a cake order thursday and the girl was straight up rude didnt smile or anything.her nametag said hanah.shes unprofessional.love the store i shop 3-4 times a week.but thats unacceptable.

I don't care if I have to pay more for their services. They go above and beyond to help. It's free to get a points card, every purchase adds up 100 points Is 10 cents off a gallon of gas. Also you can add electronic coupons as well

It's just about the same as a Safeway, both good places to shop if there in your area. Edit: went there again the other day and the customer service was wonderful and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

Always a pleasure to shop Brookshires! I got in and out quickly and was helped to thecar by a very personable young man.

Wish they had more organic products throughout the store. Their organic produce section is PACKAGED and very minimal. Hard to believe but Walmart has a better organic section. I would rather give my business to BROOKSHIRE’S but they need to up their game!

I have been doing business with Brookshires in Pittsburg for 8 years. I was usually very satisfied with courteous and helpful the employees were. They had a lot of energy when helping their customers.
Over the last several months this has declined dramatically. Went to your store on once again and found only two cashiers with long lines so was forced to go to self checkout. After checking and bagging my own groceries (120.00) then had to Cary them to my car due to the fact again no help available. I also had to bring the cart back to the store.
Have come to realize Brookshires customer service has but all disappeared. I now will be driving past your store to Super one in Mt Pleasa
nt to do my business. A little extra distance but at least they have plenty of help. I don’t have to check and bag the food and when i take them to my car they have places for carts so I don’t make two trips.
I hope this review doesn’t fall on deaf ears. Would like to think this is not what Brookshires wants and will pay some attention to a lost customer.

Great family, locally owned establishment. I choose Brookshire's over Walmart every time. Great selection and they even take your groceries out for you.
