A lot of stuff I can't find. I can always find here, Butch, you're going to pay for it.

This Brookshires has a hard time keeping up with the growing population. They need much more space and people to keep up.
This is an updated review. Went today and once again they did not have Artisan Sour Dough Bread. We have been about 3 x a week and have not found it. I talked to the Bakery and they said they did not have an option to order more. So, went to see Store Manager and of the three managers today two were at lunch and one was too busy to see me. I am not leaving names here. Where is customer service? Why are customers not important? So, review stars are going down, down and are now 2 Stars vs 3. Will no longer try to shop here and will be going to Rice Rd to get the bread and anything else we need. No need to ask me how you can earn more stars. Its all in the review. What was remarkable today were the employees who were trying to get a manager for me. Caring, empathetic, sympathetic.down right awesome. Brookshires is lucky to have them. They will make better managers than what I experienced.

The staff stands around in the front ignoring customers. They don’t help bag, they don’t greet anyone, they don’t help the few cashiers that actually work. The employees are rude, and even the managers don’t speak. I never thought I would see a day where Walmart was better than Brookshires

Verry bad service, young cashier was very rude sacker just threw all of our stuff together overloaded the bags. Once we got to our truck 3 of the bags ripped on him trying to load them. Did not offer to get a new bag je just put it all on our back seat

Enjoy them always being helpful by taking cart to vehicle and loading groceries. And a good place to get gas while using Brookshire points for a discount. Deer corn also available.

Today, for the first time, I was disappointed. The staff are always friendly, shelves well stocked and food fresh. It was the restrooms I was disappointed in. Neither men's toilets were clean, and when i went to flush, the one I used it was in operable. The story I tell myself is if this is the level of cleanliness in the restrooms, does it reflect the other back of houses' cleanliness? Again, never before has it been this way. I hope I caught the one thing on the one day that was off.

I love my local Brookshires. I can always depend on finding what I need, unless they discontinue an item. Even then, I can rely on someone seeing my confused expression and checking in on me. If they’re confused like me, they’ll ask for help. I appreciate and look forward to a walk outside with a bagger who is often happy with a small talk and mutual wishing of have a good day

Good supply of fine foods. Nice bakery selection. Fresh veggies and fruit were nicely packaged and fresh!

I hate to write a bad review, but this is at least the fifth time in two years that I’ve come home with expired/spoiled food. Most recently, a hummus container was full of mold (a true mycological wonder, honestly), a $4 cold bottled juice was over two months expired, a $5 soup can was dented and oozing. I know it’s partially the customer’s job to pay attention to these things, but when I shop at a grocery store I don’t expect that I should have to examine every item. A few days old wouldn’t be a big deal, but items expired for over two months? I’ve probably thrown out over $50 worth of food from here at this point.

Only place I shop. Curbside pickup in Bullard is the best! The manager has always gone out of his way to help me when I need it!

I love the Bullard location. It's big enough to carry most items and small enough to get in and out quickly. The produce always looks fresh too.

Nice, but unlike most major supermarkets, they don't have diet tonic water in 2 Litres, and prices quote a bit over those you: d pay at Walmart, or other major grocery stores.
