Love this homey grocery store that's been around forrreveeer post Winn Dixie.
Went looking for Dry Ice and got it from Brookshires in Granbury Texas, very friendly staff.
Got a customer service call so will delete previous post and add a star as seems like addressing the issue.not every employee works out and I understand that.
Like this store. Helpful employees, place looks pretty clean, and easy to access anything. Shelves are always full.

I have been proven wrong! This store has a rude customer service person, Reva, and once Again nearly EVERY item advertised is NOT in stock!
Between the rudeness and the cheating scheme to draw customers to this store under false pretense not to mention their constant' printing errors ' on their flyers, I would advise staying away from this establishment. One more thing: they advertise that they "take your groceries to your car' what a joke! They may at some points chase after you for your buggy, but they don't take your groceries to your car.this store is a prime example of terrible customer service and false advertising! STAY AWAY!
From a vendor perspective hunter the receiver was really cool very understanding and made my experience their at brookshires a good one.

Everyone of the employees are friendly. There are always great sales. Very clean and never too crowded store.
Have been shopping and buying gas at Brookshires in Granbury for many years. For the most part it has been a good experience. However, my experience tonight buying gas was not very good. The attendant who identified himself as an assistant manager was virtually no help and he seemed to not know what to do to get the gas pump to work.
Vary polite employees. Never had a bad experience there.
