This has to be the worst Pham ever I woutnot buy a coutdrop from them in the future they have no emphanty. For the elderly that is looking their hearing and my high blood pressure pills had broken ones in them and the pharmacist is just so rude I have changed all my meds to cvs I would rather pay more than be treated that way again. They should be ashamed for taken out on the customer for their own failes and not doing their job

I have had more trouble with this pharmacy than any other ever. No matter what or when they always say it's going to take 1 hr. To fill a script, NO MATTER WHAT. I've called the main office & complained to them & they said policy is not for it to take an hour. There is always a prescription that they don't have & has to order. I am on their mail list, so they are supposed to automatically fill them.but ir always gets overlooked, then it take up to 3 days before they can fill it!

I am beyond LIVID at the way I was treated when they were clearly made mistake. They are rude and apparantly don't know how to do their job. I could not get a word in edgewise, and yes I did eventually get angry. This is the 3rd time I have called and told them they didn't need to fill a prescription or to discontinue a auto refill prescription and they have done it anyway. I alerted them on Friday 4/2 that my granddaughter (whom we are raising) would no longer be taking a medication so they no longer needed to fill it as I had a notice she had another prescription ready. The lady thanked me and said it was on order anyway. I got Ill over the weekend and my elderly parents were going into town to the dr and said they would pick her other prescription up for me today 4/6. When my dad came over he said she had 2 prescriptions and one was $7.50. I had told them it wouldn't cost anything Medicaid paid for it. So I call the pharmacy, the girl acted like it was my fault cause I didn't check them first. I told her the situation and that I had called on Friday. She was so rude and just kept interrupting me. I actually got angry and told her she needed to listen to what I was saying. She put me on hold and then came back and said they would take the prescription back this one time. I guess I didn't sound great full cause she said she didn't understand why I was so upset they're going to take it back. I said as well you should it was your mistake, and this is not the first time this has happened and also you charged my father for it which should have been no charge. She just kept interrupting so I finally said It is in the plastic bag not opened and I will return it and hung up. They are not rude when you go in, but not the friendliest either. Needless to say I will be returning the prescription tomorrow and going with another pharmacy.

I've had enough of the foul-ups from this pharmacy. I've been using them for 1 year and have always had some sort of issue.
The employees are great, but that doesn't make up for the problems. I have now transferred all of my prescriptions elsewhere.

Every time we come to this pharmacy the pharmacist has to either “check her voicemails” or ask 3 times what me or my husbands names are. I have had to wait 2 and a half hours to have pains meds filled for dental work I had done, and that was not including the hour that they had before we arrived. This pharmacy and store are the worst ones around.
