Brother Bear Moving, Carrollton TX

Scheduled move and they never showed up or returned any calls for 2 days. They even sent a confirmation text. Had to find unloaders last minute. Bad business ethics. Do not recommend.

I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I used them when I first moved to Dallas and had an amazing experience. Used them again for another move and I regret it. Three of my items were damaged and worst part, they damaged something without even acknowledging me about the damage. The gentleman was too busy talking to me (distracting me) while the other 2 gentlemen were moving and damaging my stuff. I am extremely disappointed and wish I could get my money back.
Make sure to really watch them because it was my fault for trusting them too much since my first move with them went so smoothly.

Omg they soooo good. They handled my boxes with care and worked efficiently. They were also very understanding and friendly. I would recommend them 100%

Did a fairly decent job, but did some damage to the sofa, an packed things in Storage Unit poorly. I have re-pack storage unit

The moving company that I hired canceled my move an hour before scheduled. I called BROTHER BEAR MOVING and a truck was sent right over. The movers were nice and professional and handled all of my belongings with care. I would highly recommend this company. You won't regret it.

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. Originally the movers were supposed to arrive between 8: 30-9: 30AM. After no response I was then told they would show up around 10: 15AM. When no one showed up I called again to check on the status of the crew, I then received a text that the crew got pulled over for an inspection and would be there in approximately 30 minutes (time at this message is 11: 07AM). Well at 11: 54 AM I receive another call from an employee who said that he is coming with his crew since the original dispatched crew was still held up and now he needed 35 minutes! I think you know where this is going. He shows up almost an hour later. Comes in with his extremely unorganized crew, takes a look at my treadmill and says it needs to be fully disassembled to be transported. No problem right? Wrong! He says he doesn’t have the tools and he’ll need to run to Home Depot to get the attachment he needs and he’ll be right back (this message was sent at 1: 04PM). Meanwhile one of the crew members decides to go and use my bathroom and destroys it. Well it gets better. After an hour and no response, no one ever comes back. Phone calls started getting ignored and messages ignored as well. This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever worked with and will advise all of you to steer clear of working with them. Unless you enjoy companies wasting your day, giving you the run around and taking monster dumps in your bathroom this is not the company for you. If I could give this review 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY.

The move was not the best, but I give it to the personnel for trying to resolve the issues I dealt with.

They was helping us move, they didn’t put the dressers mirrors on in they left my tv mount at my old apartment. Now I can’t find the screws. In I’m calling them in getting no answer

This is actually my second time moving with brother bear and there’s a reason i came back! Carter, david and al were very efficient and careful with my antique furniture.they were also friendly and just made the whole move that much less stressful.their pricing is also great compared to other moving companies in the area.i will definitely be using them again for my next move!

Set up 4 days prior. Got two follow up texts confirming. Never showed. Thought I did my homework. Dontuse these folks. Have back office problems.

Jacoby and Ryan were fantastic! Super friendly and impressively efficient. They had my storage unit emptied out in no time at all. This is my second time moving with Brother Bear. I'm sure it won't be the last!

Think twice.
I used Brother Bear for my move from Texas to Nevada. There were a team of 6 or more to wrap my house and pack up two trucks. Crew drank and ate food that was in my refrigerator without asking me. Who does that?
Two drivers to unload the trucks? It took over 6 hours for them to unload the trucks. Boxes were placed in house care. Food was packed with cleaning supplies. Glass lamps packed with printers? I found scratches on my fridge, broken vacuum and broken leg on antique cabinet. The drivers were very kind and polite but then asked me for a tip?
When prompted for payment for services, it was paid immediately. It took close to two months (with text msgs) to get a small reimbursement for damaged items. Customer service is a big zero.

Excellent communication, price, and professionalism. Other movers want mileage, minimum’s, but not these guys. Highly recommend!

Cam, Kelly, and? (John? Can’t remember the other guy’s name, but he was awesome—see photo) all did a great job for us. They accomplished in one day what we were expecting to take two days. Thank you for helping us make a seamless move!

They will miss your moving date, give you nothing but excuses and extra apartment fees for not leaving on time, then dodge your calls when you ask them to take some financial responsibility for their mistake. Customers BEWARE! Poor customer service and you will regret using them.

BBM caused damage to the storage unit where I hired them to move my items. It's been 14 months and BBM will not pay for the damages caused by their drivers. They are avoiding contact as well. I am ultimately responsible for their mistake. They are careless. AVOID THEM!

This is my second move using Brother Bear. They are quick and kind. Amazing value. I would highly recommend!
