Excellent customer service and vehicle care. All personnel made you feel welcomed into the dealership and I will continue to have my truck maintained at Brown Chevrolet.

I went in for a scheduled oil and filter change along with a tire rotation and they got me in and out quickly. Mark, my service guy, was extremely nice and had my requested service report all ready to go when I arrived. The only negative I have on this visit is I wish they would check and adjust the tire pressure along with the rotation.

Everyone there was friendly. Our sales person Frank was easy to talk to and explained everything well. I was searching for a vehicle for 2 months with no luck at other dealerships who never returned my calls. Frank kept me informed and provided status until a vehicle was found. Extremely happy with vehicle and their service.

I just want to say that this was a great experience from start to finish from ordering my 2023 Corvette to picking it up they always keep me informed on delivery they even sent maps of where the car was awesome experience Much better than Doing business in San Antonio for sure this is where I will send my friends and family to I will continue to buy all my new cars in the future from this dealership again thank you’ll

Well when we picked up our truck it would not start and after we got it started the radio wouldn’t turn on. After looking under the hood there was a support bar that was missing. Nobody inspected any thing on the truck to make sure it was ready for delivery.

I am a lease customer it was time to turn in my Blazer. I was looking online and seen a Blazer in transit I called Brown Chevrolet and ask to speak to a salesmen I was so lucky to get Bob Connell. He was really on the ball he got all my information and Within a couple of days he was txting me back to let me know that the Blazer had just came in. Been talking to Bob Connell for a year with my wife's medical issues at the forefront. I ramped up the conversation over the last month with focus on a Colorado PU. That sold as did an Equinox. Current supply issues are problematic. Last week two Silverado's showed up as I was chatting with Bob. One sold out under my nose leaving the Silver Silverado I bought.
