Nurses are great. Dr. Chebib on the other hand isn't helping me at all been here 3 days and hasn't told me what's wrong just keeps seeing if I can hold food down. I don't know anyone that can hold that nasty food down.

This is the worst medical facility in Texas. Staff are all liars, the tests are all fake. If you value your life don't leave it in the hands of these greedy b###ards!

BRMC is a great place to be a patient. The staff is caring and the doctors are top notch. Best group of people I've met in a long time!

My son had a seizure and was treated in the ER by Dr. Chebib. Dr. Chebib took great care of him and was amazing to my family.

My son was seen 2 weeks ago in the ER, the nursing staff was kind and attentive to my son. EMS, transferred my son an were also very kind to my child. Because of the prompt care we received my son was able to have surgery before further complications took place. Thank you all for caring… Peyton’s mom & dad

First, the nurses and physicians are AMAZING! However, any employer who seeks to retaliate, bully, and humiliate a professional employee does not represent my hometown values. Half the town had heard I was terminated before I left the building because the sheriff's office was called to be there for a doctorally prepared nurse executive to be asked to leave for completely false allegations of retaliation of a subordinate who was was unprofessional and grossly insubordinate in both her behavior and resignation letter, but as her supervisor I couldn’t discipline her for yelling inappropriately at me in front of patients, providers, or her colleagues. I was your employee too and shouldn’t be verbally assaulted by a subordinate with several witnesses and told I did ANYTHING wrong! What happened to her since I wasn’t allowed to speak to my own employee HR? Did you question all witnesses? You didn’t protect me and thus you didn’t protect BRMC from verbal abuse. What you permit you promote! My family and friends heard from connections outside of BRMC prior to my leaving. To top it off, the narcissistic CEO sat at the nurses' station reportedly for over 1.5 hours. I am sure he was waiting for me to be paraded by with a sheriff's escort, who happened to be a good friend’s son, for his own revengeful pleasure. Robert "Bob" Pascasio is less than a professional human being. He manipulates and lies if his mouth is moving. I have my integrity and success he can never achieve. Brownfield deserves much better! #lovebrownfield #lovebrmcnurses

Absolutely ridiculous charges (with insurance) and unfriendly.

Back in January my midwife referred us to BRMC for our ultrasounds. We have never been or utilized BRMC, otherwise. The first experience was a bit below average. The employees’ attitudes ranged from indifferent to flat out rude, besides the ultrasound tech- she was kind. The business office was able to execute our payment with minimal difficulty as well as minimal customer service. There was an issue with our appointment time and the front desk people in the ultrasound area were rude and unprofessional. We needed up speaking to their supervisor during that visit. She resolved the matter easily.
The second visit was about the same experience. However the business office had trouble with billing; she said we would be billed later and sent us to our appointment since it was the end of the business day. Our tech was the same and still kind. However she begs the exam and within the first minutes said she would have to do a transvaginal ultrasound which we didn’t do the first time. She said she wasn’t allowed to give us any news or diagnosis which I understand, I’m in the medical field as well. But I also knew if she could give me good news she would. She wasn’t able to let me hear the baby’s heartbeat because it wasn’t there. So I was devastated. I excepted her to get a few images and be done. That’s what my midwife said would happen. Especially since I had just had my initial ultrasound with measurements two weeks prior. However she completed an ENTIRE external exam with measurements and the like. Then she said we must do the transvaginal to get the radiologist would need. She then proceeded to do the whole exam over again. I was already so upset I just wanted it to be over. I have called the hospital to file a grievance without response. We have just received our bills for this exam and we have been charged twice. A total of almost $1400. Absolutely ridiculous and almost six months later.
