I’m a regional driver and I ‘ve recently change over from freightliner to Volvo this pass year. I can tell you as a 16 year experience driver I’m not looking back at all. I love my 2000 Volvo vnl. I had a lot of restoration to deal with being it was an older truck and I ran into Micah at Bruckners parts has been nothing but god to me. He help me with all my questions and was always going above and beyond in getting me my parts. I’m very very satisfied with my experience at Bruckner and thank you very much Micah for all your hard work and help. I will continue to go there to get all my parts for me and my family trucks

Pretty good shop they try to get you in and out. But being ashop that's in a major city the are busy

On 8/25/18 I took Goldie and gave it a good home. The staff was nice and polite. Robyn was great to work with in buying this truck. She made sure the truck was good to go before I left with it. Professional operation. Maintenance has a slight attitude if they think your trying to get an attitude with them first lol.

Si far I’m not so happy with tha service, took my truck in yesterday at 3pm and they haven’t even touched.

People were friendly and got my truck in and out pretty fast but they charged me $2000 just in labor to install a leaf spring. I've attached pictures of my bill. That's just outrageous. I would just avoid this place unless it's warranty work
Re: Bruckner Volvo. The service manager was there and I did talk to him the only explanation I could get was"13 hours is normal for replacing one leaf spring and the bracket". Since then I've emailed other Volvo dealers my work order, one of them being another Bruckner shop and every one said I was way over charged one shop said I was double charged labor. I've contacted Volvo corporate for a better explanation now. Hopefully to hear from them soon. I've used Bruckner truck the whole life of my truck and will continue to use them this being the only real issue I've had with no reasonable explanation.

Do not go to this dealership you will be ripped off! Their prices are higher than anybody else in United States. Horrible customer service. I called different dealers they were charging me only one hour labor this specific dealer they're charging me 3 hours for the same labor. Be smart do not go to the dealer

The general manager Scott showed honesty and integrity when I had an issue he made it right you made me more than happy this is a place to recommend for the honest people that work there.

Probably the best Volvo dealer in USA as far as customer service.mecanic was super knowledgeable, what ever you ask him he answers immediately.dignosed and repaired my truck in less than hour
