They have a problem with theft and bums sleeping in trucks yet have not done anything about it or advise customers of issue until after truck has been broken into and things are missing.

The worst customer service, there is no point in calling an order in for will call. The guys who work the counter are rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Every time I come here I am here a minimum an hour if not more for an order that was called in to be placed in will call. They have one guy running for parts as well as helping check out customers while the others sit around on their phones watching videos or just talking with each other.

Absolutely horrible experience. Came in to get a blower motor installed. The part is $168 and they tried charging $925 for labor. Absolutely ridiculous. Not just that when I went to just pay for diagnostic and the part $610 they said the mechanic is going to take his 1 hr lunch first before putting it back together. I've been here 5 hrs already when they said they could get me in first thing in the morning my truck sat 1 hr and half before even being pulled in. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Miscommunication overpriced, they take too long to repair and overcharge on labor.

For one they didn't fix the problem. Went in for coolant leak and sensors for tires. They didn't fix anything and they took 1 week and a half. Sensors still don't read and still have leak.

Checked into the service department for a check engine light and sit in the break room for almost 6hours and they never told me once a update on when they might get to it, I finally went back in there and they said they would get to it soon, but by that time I had a load that had to be delivered the next morning so I couldn’t wait.to me it was poor customer service, you would figure they would update you and tell you it would be a while before I wasted my whole day

Came to parts Dept for an exhaust pipe for a Mack Truck. Provided truck serial number and the parts counter employee looked up the part. I was told that the pipe was not in stock anywhere in the US and I would have to place an emergency order. This was on 8/10/22 a Wednesday. I requested that the item be drop shipped to my address since it was on an emergency order. Paid the price of the parts plus $80 freight. Fast forward 1.5 days to Friday 8/12/22 and I get a message on my phone that the part was in at the parts dept and ready to be picked up. What? Not in stock in the U. S.and it is ordered/shipped/recieved/processed/ and customer contacted for pick-up in 1.5 days when it was supposed to be drop shipped to me? So here I go, taking my time and fuel to drive over 100 miles round trip to pick up my part. I take receipt in with me and question why it was not sent directly to me as I have a note: Drop ship to customer and a $80 freight charge. They gave me my part and told me the $80 charge was for emergency order although line item clearly states freight. What I would like to know is where was this part that was not in stock in the continental U. S.but showed up in 1.5 days at the parts dept from the moment I ordered it. Where was my drop ship service I paid $80 for? Got to watch these guys. I will be much more attentive the next time. 1 star for waisting my time/fuel/and money.

Edit: parts did fit correctly and although there was a shipping charge it was timely and correct. Upped to 3 stars.
