TERRIBLE customer service. I purchased a gift card online, but I strongly suggest only purchasing in store (if at all). I called to confirm that if I purchased this online, they would be able to send me something nice to print out. They said of course. What they sent me was not presentable. It was basically a receipt and didn't even have any sort of gift card number associated with the purchase. When I emailed them to ask about it, they never responded. I gifted the "card" (aka a printout of the receipt) to my pregnant friend at her baby shower, who went to use it today only to have a RUDE manicurist tell her she couldn't use it.

What was supposed to be a thoughtful gift became a problem for my friend. They may have a successful salon, but I wouldn't recommend them on customer service alone.

Nice salon but staff are cold and rude. I could tell they were talking about my daughters and weren’t interested in doing kid mani/pedi. If that’s the case they shouldn’t advertise kid services. My nails were done very well but I won’t be back because they made me feel uncomfortable

Ethan does a phenomenal job! The establishment is always well kept! The receptionist are friendly & welcoming. Overall the whole team does an amazing job to make your experience worth it!

I liked the service, everything was quite fast but at the same time high quality. The cuticle is removed well, the nails are in perfect shape, the color is as I wanted; pedicure is the same, and a very nice foot massage! I'm from Ukraine, and I'm spoiled by fancy beauty salons, and this salon is really good, I liked their interior, and I liked that the cleaning lady constantly walks around the salon and wipes windows, mirrors, chairs, changes towels and keeps clean. I also liked that I was asked to wash my hands at the entrance. Wow girls! And most importantly they didn’t talk to me much, I really don’t like to talk in salons, I’m silent, I think about work and stuff, I don’t like when in salons they start asking everything about you, yes, the girl asked me a couple of questions, but it was without any pressure, and for like 1-2 mins, I love this) But the most important thing is that I got a perfect manicure and pedicure! Will definitely come back to this place again!

My technician repaired the horrible mistake another place made. Excited about the end result! 100% recommend.

Just finished the most relaxing pedicure and manicure with adorable technician Ana! I highly recommend the Candlelight pedicure and 911 manicure.

This was my first time coming to Brush Box. I went in to get a nail fixed on my break from work today, right off the bat the lady at the front desk was super unfriendly, no smile, hardly looked at me, and had a really horrible attitude. She told me to wash my hands and take a seat. When asked a simple question her attitude again was so unkind. The lady who was going to help me out also seemed annoyed by me being there. I left without receiving service because I felt so uncomfortable by their attitudes. This was NOT a very welcoming environment.

I’ve had my dry powder DIP nails completed three times in a row by Brush Box. I have very thin nails and have had NO problems with the finish and function of my nails by Brush Box. They are always beautiful and strong. This is the first time ever I’ve had long beautiful nails that last. Thank you Brush Box. I love my DIP nails. As for the service and the ambiance, it was more than I expected. They have always offered water or drinks, which I really can not drink under these conditions. They have a nice wash basin, soap, and dry warm cloths.and comfortable service area. All personnel are friendly, not too talkative but helpful. They always have your comfort and required service in mind. I always include a thankful tip. Overall, Great Nails!

The technicians are always super kind and do a good job but the girl working the front desk was super rude when I arrived today. Awful customer service. They are also consistently out of many dip colors.

Maya will be my go-to girl from now on! She did a fantastic job on my dip powder nails. She showed great attention to detail even on my simple full color nails. She took her time and was very friendly! I always enjoy my pedicures here no matter who does them, but Ana does a great job for this as well! Very clean salon, which is why I keep coming back.

I get pink and white fill and pedicure. Ethan is the best with the pink and white and I love Taylor’s pedicures. Always had a great experience

I’ve been disappointed by brush box many times. Usually because they are Out of nail colors when I go with limited options. And the technicians are not very nice. I usually let it go, but today I went In to have them soak off my nails and get a regular manicure. They told me they were “unable to work with my nails”. I pointed out that it was gel nails and just needed to be soaked off, and they again said no. So I left. Won’t be back. They seem to always have a problem. It felt as though they didn’t want to work with me because I wanted just a regular manicure after. Super disappointing.

Incredibly annoyed with my experience at Brush Box. Despite the poor reviews, I was really looking forward to giving them the benefit of the doubt and enjoying my time there. The space itself is very nice, but the customer service and nail tech work was subpar. I was particularly irked by the fact that I felt so rushed and hovered over by Coco (whom did my pedi) whilst looking at the colors and felt so pressured to go with the color she wanted. Like girl, let me be lol Trina did my mani and the cuticle work was zero. Didn't even bother cleaning under the nails. I ended up hating the color Coco chose, so I asked Trina to remove the color from my nails and she did, but didn't even bother to add cuticle oil or shine/shine them. Sad to say that I don't think I'd go back or recommend this place to anyone considering it. I do hope it shapes up in the near future!

Nancy always does an amazing job. She's helped me grow out my natural nails. My dip is never too thick. She always gets the nail shape perfectly. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and they have a huge range of colors.

Maybe better for a walk-in. They were 18 mins late for an appointment manicure. Was unable to get what I wanted.

This is 4th time back. They started serving the mimosas in glass champagne flutes, nice change! I pay attention to these small details lol! Liked the attention to detail w/ the nail tech I got today, so definitely will continue w the same person from now on.

Unfortunately Brush box is not what it used to be. For the premium you pay- i expect a kind, friendly “premium” experience. The technicians were rude, never offered my friends and I anything to drink. Seemed bothered by us talking, didn’t ask what shape i wanted my nails and left me “done” with dried dip stuff all over my hands. When i asked if she could clean it off her reply was “you can wash your hands. It’ll take a couple times though”. I’d rather spend my $100+ elsewhere

I absolutely LOVE IT! Ethan, Taylor and Van did such a phenomenal job. The environment was so relaxing and calming. Provide excellent service. I can now say I found a new spot to get my manicure and pedicure done and any other service they have. 100% recommended
