Definitely recommend to everyone. The staff is so nice and accommodating. The doctor was so informative and drew our plan of action for our sons teeth. We scheduled our other children and ourselves to return to Brushy Creek Dentistry.

I do not normally leave reviews but need to here. This practice is the most interactive, family oriented, and patient focused dentistry I have been to. Specifically, I had a tooth extraction and Dr. Johnson plus staff were incredible. I highly recommend them.

Impressed with this practice! Welcoming front desk! Met with the dentist to "get to know each other", than after xrays, Dr. Johnson cleaned my teeth so he could evaluate my dental status. I believe I made a great choice selecting this practice!

A great experience all around. The staff was very friendly the hygienist was great and Dr. Johnson was very welcoming and made me feel like a part of the process. This was the first time I had been to a dentist where I did not walk out in pain or annoyed. I will be telling my friends and family that this is the office that you would want to go to even if you drive over and hour away. I can’t say how surprised I was, I feel like we are all preconditioned to hate the dentist but after almost 30 years that has changed for me. This is my first review of anything I don’t normally review things but I think having a good dentist is worth it.

This place was beyond my expectations, from the moment you walk in to when you leave. April was my hygienist and she was so informative and kind with my cleaning. Dr. Johnson and his whole team make you feel like family. Crazy to say but I can’t wait for my next visit:).

From the front desk to the doc and the hygienists in between, I had nothing but a good, comfortable, non judgmental experience at Brushy Creek Dentistry! Brandy at the front, Sylvia and Dr Johnson were all stellar and wanted to work together on the plan for my teeth. By the time I left I felt like I had hung out with friends!

I have not been to the dentist In 20 years. Doctor Johnson and his staff made me feel comfortable and provided me with a dental plan that was very affordable. I am actually excited about having nice teeth again! Thank you so much!

Didnt need much work done, but Dr. Brandon and his staff were exceptional. Very attentive and thorough, while describing all my options without being pushy on treatments I didn't need.

I came to Dr. Brandon's office after several years of not going to the dentist. I had apprehension going into the consult because of my previous negative experiences with a couple of dentists in the past where they would not listen to my issues or did shoddy dental work on my teeth that needed corrected. I was looking for a dentist that I could trust that would be kind, transparent, and informative of the dental work I needed and gentle with my mouth and not pressure me to fix everything all at once. I had a wonderful, gentle dentist back home in Ohio that was one of the best dentists I ever had and have not found anyone like him here in Austin, until now. Dr. Brandon and his staff were so friendly and caring, the moment I walked in the door. During our consult, Dr. Brandon was very empathetic and understanding of my past situations with dentists and was thorough and transparent about my treatment plan and what work needed prioritized first and that there would be no pressure to get everything done. They would work with me on the timing of when I would want to do the work. It was so refreshing to have this type of care from Dr. Brandon and his office staff. I look forward to my next dental work steps. I can't recommend Dr. Brandon and his office enough! Thank you!

Let me start by saying how friendly and welcoming the staff is at Brushy Creek Dentistry. The waiting room is stocked with drinks, snacks, and plenty of reading material. Dr. Johnson is an excellent and an even better member of the community!

Love the staff! They made me feel so comfortable. I felt nervous before I got to my appointment but felt at ease as soon as I walked in. The environment is so peaceful. Dr Johnson gave me options on the next steps to take. Greatly appreciate it!

I had severe pain on the right side of my mouth so I made an appointment at brushy creek dentist and they got me in the next day:), i went to the appointment and all the staff were accommodating. Dr.johnson did a amazing job and helped me relieve my pain. If u are new in the area he’s an amazing dentist to go to:)

Dr. Brandon explained things in detail and friendly with a first time patient as myself. Hygienist Silvia was very thorough, knowledgeable and detail as well in explaining things. My first visit was nothing but pleasant.

The dentist and staff are wonderful. Everyone is welcoming and very efficient. Wonderful work. I am so impressed from the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the dentist and all others. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. Just cannot say anything bad about these people.and I've been to many dental offices over the years. In fact I go here because I have been to so many other dentists over the years.

If you are not going to see Dr. Johnson, then you are missing out on the best dentist ever! I had a history of bad experiences at previous dental offices. I was traumatized. Dr. Johnson and his team make you feel like family. He thoroughly explains everything and makes sure you understand what is necessary vs what can wait. I can't recommend his office enough!

The staff at Brushy Creek really rose to the occasion during this pandemic. I called with a chipped tooth, they not only answered the phone, they also got me in within hours. Within 5 minutes of completing office forms, I was ushered to the dental chair to repair my tooth. So glad to have found a quality Dental practice willing to see me during this pandemic.

I haven't been to a dentist in over 5 years. I knew there was a lot that needs to be done. Turns out is a less than I expected. To top it all off everyone in the office or almost everyone knew about surprise that was happening for me.my partner switch the appointments and they all kept it a secret so on all I give them 10 add 10 if I could.

Definitely has 5 stars from me! I was experiencing pain on a Saturday, reached out on a Sunday morning as a new patient. Dr. Johnson texted me the same day to make arrangements to fit me in on a Monday morning. His office is extremely clean and everyone was so nice and accommodating. I have already recommended him! One thing I loved, was that he gave options that best fits you. The vibe would definitely have me coming back.

Like a lot of people I hate going to dentist. About 4 months ago I was hurting and called a few dentist in area who told me “well we can see you but will probably be a few weeks before we can do anything”. I had noticed a new dental office down the street and thought what the heck. Brandon said come on back and exam me and said I needed a crown and if I wanted to start right now he could do it. WOW.
Bottom line I got my wife going here now and would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist this is the place to go.

Make sure you double check when your appointment is. I was told the incorrect date. I showed up on the day they told me and it wasn't for another week. Then they decided to change the time of the appointment without my consent. I did reach out to ask why and she replied, "someone else changed it, I will see what we can do" what do you mean? It had already been scheduled. They did end up honoring the original time. However I had to take time out of my day AGAIN to do it.

Make sure you also check that if you have family members and cancel for one that they don't cancel All your family members even if they are scheduled for different dates. That's the excuse we received today. I canceled my kids appointments and the lady canceled my husbands appointment as well (not sure why). His appointment was on another day. He took time out of his work to be there and they didn't see him.

Waste of time, work days and energy to deal with just scheduling appointments. I don't even want to imagine what scheduling a procedure will be like.
