Bruster's Real Ice Cream, Frisco TX

I asked the customer service girl which icecream is good mostly bought and which she can recommend. Girl gave me very vague answer that everyone has their own taste blah blah blah …RUDE… I asked your choice very specifically and if you can recommend something since it’s my very first visit to this icecream parlour. Kids loved the icecream though

They closed an hour early. The lady had the worst attitude and was so upset that we even bothered to show up. Line of people were very disappointed. Horrible customer service.

Used to be a good place, now it’s down the hill. Running out of ingredients all the time - no brownie, no strawberries etc.very poor management.

The smell of the waffle cones brought me here while I was next door. Order taker was really soft spoken so couldn’t hear anything. Maybe a microphone would help as the ac blows out like a wind tunnel on a 102 Texas day with car engines on blast with ac on high! Pistachio flavor was a bit salty but decent. Would be nice if they had drive though, self service ordering app and indoor seating.

The ice cream is lovely, but there is no indoor seating, very little shade, and who wants to sit outside when it's over 100°? Oh well I will say that the ice cream is softer style, and Superior to Handel's. It's a bit pricey considering you can't wait in line or eat your ice cream in air conditioned comfort, but they do have wonderful flavors. They also have the great big waffle cones.

The kid at the window didn't know his own menu, he was rushing to take the money and was not answering my questions. They need better trained people to run this place.

Rude people. The kid didn’t even know what I ordered and doesn’t have any experience to run the place. When I asked where is my order he said what did you order. I don’t recommend eating ice cream from here. The ice cream doesn’t have any taste.

Terrible customer service and rude staff. Spent $10 on a triple scoop and received only one scoop. Also, it’s 105 degrees outside, why give customers items one at a time. The ice cream has already melted.

This is not a great place. Their ice cream doesn’t seem to be frozen adequately, melts in your hand almost soon as you get it. Lady at the counter said it’s because it’s freshly made. I am not an ice cream expert but that doesn’t sound like a legitimate reason.
They give treats for your dog which is awesome and their flavors are great, so if they could fix their quality and customer service issues, this place would be 5 stars

Never disappointed! What can I say other than great service and even greater ice cream. I love coming here as my favorite go to spot for the best tasting ice cream in the local area. Highly recommend

Went to a Brusters ice cream for the first time yesterday, the guy recommended Wedding cake and it was the bomb, the vanilla matched perfectly with the fruit jam and it melted in the mouth I would recommend the waffle cones as they are the perfect way to enjoy your ice cream, the place had lots of outdoor seating and the service was pretty fast, will definitely recommend this place.

We wanted to try Banana Pudding but they were out, will try this place again.

Great ice cream, like really good. Staff generally range from completely incompetent to mildly apathetic. Missing items from orders, incorrect orders, and just plain bad service. It was great when they first opened but not any more.

Bad service - the kid at the window was rude - he said if you don’t see it in the menu we don’t have it. Not very friendly at this place

1 star bc they won't let me give 0. We pulled up at 9: 50 along with 2 other cars of people, and they told us that they had closed at 8pm and that the website must have not been updated correctly. He said they've already started cleaning and cannot serve us. The other people who went to the window left immediately, assuming they told them the same thing. I have recently been here after 8pm and they were open and running well. Hopefully these 3 employees aren't on the clock running up their wages while the restaurant has been "closed" for almost 2 hours.

There's no indoor seating, which sometimes would be nice, but the service is always fast and friendly and the ice cream delicious.

I could have churned the ice cream faster myself. When I walked up there was one group of 3 ppl ordering cones in front of me and that's it. No one else waiting.just myself and them. I placed my order and stepped back to wait. Three other parties walked up while i was waiting. Literally 25 minutes for a cup of rocky road and a chocolate shake. SOMEHOW all of the aforementioned parties.and I mean ALL of them got their orders before me. First group who ordered before I did got their blast cups. People who ordered after me got their two waffle cones. The group after them got their death my chocolate cones. The lady after that got her doggy ice cream and large chocolate shake she was picking up for her daughter (we had time to bond). Finally.my golden ticket was pulled and they called my name 25 minutes after the order was placed. The kicker is the ice cream wasn't even for me!
