Got a condo inspected by Dilan and he did an outstanding job looking at all the details and answering every single one of my questions. Dilan also had my report ready within hours of the inspection being finalized, and was very comprehensive. Remarkable experience and would highly recommend him and Bryan and Bryan for any inspection.

I had to pleasure of meeting Daniel Clark and Greg Bryan when they completed an inspection on my new construction home. They spent about three hours at the property and provided a thorough report the same day. I arrived 2 1/2 hours into the inspection and found the guys finishing up in the attic. They spent the remainder of the time speaking to my husband and I about their findings, took the time to point out some specific items, and answered our questions. I would definitely recommend them.

So many great things to say about this company! The first house we had inspected, Colin did for us. Super thorough, answered all my questions. The house fell through and we went with Bryan and Bryan again for the second house. David did the inspection at this one and he was so kind and pleasant to deal with! He even called me a few days later when I had trouble understanding some things in the report to explain. I LOVE that they have a full concierge service that calls afterwards to help set up home security, electric, and internet at the cheapest rates. Definitely utilize that for less stress when you’re buying a new home! They have a sister company in pest control that gives your first treatment free as well. All the perks of choosing Bryan and Bryan were fantastic and I’d highly recommend them for home inspection and more!

1 day later I get a call from their service manager. Being polite and letting them know I don’t feel like discussing or putting in anymore effort into the issue they hung up. Ha! So professional.

I chose Bryan and Bryan because of the reviews and I wanted to be taken care of by a professional company. The positive reviews are deceiving.

1. Inspector called me when he was on site trying to upsell me on some additional mold check, I denied and the inspection report has no information regarding concern of mold growth.
2. On the same phone call mentioned above, i asked about the sewer scope inspection and the inspector was not aware and had to go back and do this additional service I paid for. Not entirely sure they did not just send old photos or from another home.
3. Inspection report mentioned a few rodent droppings on the attic ladder. Upon moving into the home I found about 2 square feet of tile covered in mouse feces under the fridge. Upon questioning Bryan and Bryan they assured me the inspector moved the fridge to inspect the water line. Either A. I was lied to and no one inspected the waterline. Or B. The inspector intentionally? Left out the sever rodent issue from his report. Neither reasoning is ok in my book.
I sent an email regarding the above, received a long voicemail basically stating the inspector did a great job and covered everything (FALSE). Returned the call twice unsuccessfully.
Go with a mom and pop place where you will be taken care of for a fraction of the price.

My boyfriend Jared Kerr had Jim Biles come out to inspect his new property he is in the process of buying. He had nothing but great things to say about Jim and was very impressed with his service (hence the review he is telling me to leave haha he never leaves reviews). He was very professional, had a great attitude, knows his stuff and he took the time to explain everything to him that he needed to know as well as offer his personal advice about things. In this market, with a 3 day option period, Bryan and Bryan was able to inspect our house and get the report to us the day after I called! Neal really took care of us and the inspection he did was VERY thorough and to the point.
Because we couldn’t make it in person- Neal was able to answer our questions with ease and knowledge over the phone. We also really appreciated that he worked flexibly with our schedule. We feel very taken care of by BB and are excited to buy our first home with confidence now!

Bryan & Bryan have an inspector that is a terrible driver. Simply put, I almost got ran off the road because of a selfish inspector. Funny that the occupation holds safety and good faith in such high regard yet such virtues aren't instilled in the employees.

David was very professional and explained everything to us to make sure we understood his findings in the inspection. I highly recommend using Bryan and Bryan and all their professional staff for your home inspections!

Keith was awesome and was very thorough throughout the process. He walked me through each piece of the inspection, took care to make sure he was being careful, and made me feel like he was really on my team to make sure I was getting the home I wanted!

We are under option on a 10 year old home and we wanted to have the home inspected before we made our final decision.

We spoke with three inspection providers, and decided to go with Bryan and Bryan. They were the most professional and courteous, and their sample reports were the most thorough.

I actually attended some of the inspection and it was everything that I expected/hoped that it would be. The final report lived up to the samples and definitely influenced our buying decision.

It was worth every penny!

Have had two inspections done through them. The first was great, but the second is let a couple of things out of the report that I feel should have been caught. A glass block window was cracked pretty severely and more importantly the fire alarms were over 6 years past their expiration date. I might use them again, but I should have been more on top of the inspector making sure everything was caught.

We hired Bryan & Bryan to inspect our new home located in Westbury prior to purchasing. The report came back with a few miscellaneous things here and there, but one comment on the report stated “inactive termite damage in the garage”. Due to the report stating that the termites were “inactive”, we trusted their word and continued on with the sale. Fast forward to the day we close on the home, and I go to remove part of the trim for remodeling. While doing that I noticed these little holes in the trim along the back wall. To my surprise we found an entire colony of termites living in the walls, and it has cost me thousands to repair/replace all of this lumber. Of course I called Bryan & Bryan to inform them of the termites that they blatantly missed, and even showed them pictures from their report that shows the little holes in it. They are not willing to help with damages, the best I got was, “we can give you a small discount on a termite treatment”. Their “discounted price” was still more expensive than other pest control companies. In summary, I can’t stand a company that will not back their own work. I understand things get missed, we are all human, but if you make a mistake make it right for your customer.

We just had a home inspection on a home that we are looking to purchase. Ryan Pope was our inspector and he was GREAT! Ryan was very professional, did a very thorough job and answered all of our questions. We were there for part of the inspection and then when he was done, he spent over an hour over the phone with us going over the entire report. We had a full home inspection done. Daniel and Zack were GREAT! They did such a through job, they inspected for 6 hours and provided a very detailed report, complete with photos. We are very impressed! Worth every dime. I would definitely recommend to anyone buying a home!

I selected Bryan and Bryan to inspect a home I was buying. I first learned of them when I sold my last home and a buyer used them. They are thorough so you know where potential issues may be. Also, it enables a negotiation on what needs to be fixed prior to purchase or a discount on the selling price. After having it used on me, I won't use anyone else for providing assurances on serious home or rental purchasing decisions.
